1.
Taking my two young sons to their first away match at Stamford Bridge on Sunday. Looking for info on family/NCFC pubs or other eating places in sensible vicinity of the ground. Travelling on NCFC coach. Thanks in advance.
http://www.footballgroundguide.com/chelsea/
 2.
What has gone wrong with our set pieces?I was ploughing through some stats on our miss firing strikers, as you do on a quiet morning to try and make sense of why we were not scoring. Low conversion rates and very low percentage  of offsides per game was pointing toward a lack of movement however thats for another day.Whilst doing so I came across the stats for set piece goals and they make interesting reading.2011/12 - 16 set piece goals from a total of 52 (30%) which was the fourth highest in the league2012/13 - 17 set piece goals from a total of 41 (41%) which was the second highest in the league2013/14 - 4  set piece goals from a total of 22 (18%) which is the worst in the leagueWhilst we all like flowing football these stats do not lie in telling just how important set piece goals are in any league. Whilst some would have been direct shots most will be headers or second ball shots and scrambles. Either we have collectively as a team become poor headers of a ball, stopped working on set pieces, all the other teams defenses have improved leaps and bounds or the delivery this year has been awful. If there was one thing to work on this week with the players this would be it.What are they doin` in traynun Neeyul?
2011/12 season we had Grant Holt up top. The man who single-handedly won most of those free kicks and was a massive nuisance in the box. We don''t have that anymore..
 3.
Not so sure with Turner. Think he has to be 100% match fit for him to perform well. He had a shocker against Fulham on his first appearance for us.
*on his first appearance for us*I don''t think you can compare this weeks game to his first. How many players are ''outstanding'' on their first game for their new club?!
 4.
So will Neil Adams be the new Messiah or another Gunny. would love to hear your views prior to his first game.
I think its very hard to say before we even seen his team play. Maybe you should ask the question again after the Fulham game.I could Messiah because I like the man, but then I will be slated and vice versa.
 5.
I see physio room has him (and turner) back fit for this weekened crucial game.    Anyone know how close either are and whether Fer in particular is close?   Its clear we have missed Fer more than anticipated and having him back in Adams first line up would be a brilliant double boost at the right time;  he remains the central midfielder with the best win ratio and points won per game (all the other central mid players have lost more than 50% of games started), as well as the most successful tackles, goals,  assists, key passes.    He simply is a key member of the team and adds a physical presence that the others lack.
In the presser before WBA last week CH mentioned that he was returning to train with the team this week. Great news, but I would have thought this weekend may be too soon for him.
 6.
Paul I will purchase both your adult and kids ticket, would absolutely love them! please ring me on 07956028253 07956042058 or contact me at michaelmccann1993@hotmail.co.uk thanks so much and look forward to hearing from you Michael
For £500? Wow. You must be desperate to go...
 7.
The real fans should have been united the whole time whether they wanted Hughton in or out. The ones who boo''d every substitution, every half time and full time when we didn''t win deserve relegation The real fans always want the best for OUR club, whether you are an inner. outer or shake it all abouter now is the time to stop all the bickering, petty squabbles and point scoring. Now is the time to momentarily ignore what has gone on this season (this can be put to bed when the season is over) and get behind a club legend who will do his very best to keep us up.
I agree. However, I fear that some individuals will still kick up a fuss when they don''t see us beat Liverpool at home and comfortably lose. A lot of fans will get their hopes up and they could be shattered. As you say, its time to stop the bickering etc to get behind Neeyul.
 8.
actually idiot was probably a bit strong but he is a useless captain, give it snoddy or ruddy
I think Ruddy would be a good choice, as well as Howson.
 9. *Please wait while firefox is installed*I''ll give it a go anyhoo. Taaa
 10. Anyone else having issues with the "Quote" button when replying? This may have been spoken about before, but its frustrating me. Is there a fix? A certain browser that doesn''t like the coding?
 11.
Will RVW still be getting 100k pw[:^)]
I heard there was a clause. If CH got sacked he went down to £20k a week...
 12.

Someone now needs to come up with a good "We are the Adam''s Family" song ready for Fulham on Saturday.
As much as this is a great idea, it would inevitably prompt a song, to the same tune, of "The Norwich family" by away fans!
haha
 13. Saw one earlier that someone posted. We''ve got rid of Hughton We''ll see our strikers shooting We won''t be beat by Luton The Adams Family!
 14. I don''t really see why a captain has to have a nasty streak. Russell Martin has captain material in him because he talks a lot, but you rarely see him shouting aggressively at others. A leader is a leader, however they seem. And I believe Tettey is a leader.
 15. Re; Will Hughes. Liverpool have first dibs on him. It was part of the deal that sent Andre Wisdom to Derby. I highly doubt there would be any chance of signing him.
 16. If I was to pick a team (which I don''t and quite happy that is the case) then I would drop Bassong. He is very inconsistent this season, and up against players like Walters and Crouch I feel he won''t have a successful game. For me R.Bennett has been one of our more consistent players this season, and think its very harsh that he keeps getting dropped. Yobo (apart from Villa) has been pretty solid thus far. Ruddy Martin Yobo R.Bennett Olsson(if fit) Snodgrass Tettey Johnson Pilks Hoolahan Hooper For me Pilks can give more defensively than Redmond.

 18. Haha. First season supports syndrome i think.
 19. The Wes situation seems to be the same with the current McNally saga. The press have blown it out of the water. I think they made it a much bigger issue than it ever was.
 20. The bit for me was when John Ruddy came in to the tunnel after the final whistle and said "YES GAFFER" and shook his hand. Shows how big that win was for everyone involved.
 21. I agree. And with 10 days until our next game surely now would be a better time than any other?!
 22. Some results so far if you are interested... https://t.co/3WSPpBxo2j
 23. I am interested. I''m not exactly going to take my results direct to McNally and show him. It''s purely to get an idea of what people think. As stated if you don''t want to bother, then don''t.
 24. After last night''s dire tactical performance I saw the #ncfc timeline on twitter internally combust with Hughton haters. I also saw a few people that would prefer him to stay. Therefore I wanted to get an idea of the ratio of inners and outers, and to hear their opinion. If you want to vote visit; surveymonkey.com/s/SQ6T6MF If you don''t, then don''t bother :)
 25. There''s more chance of me getting a few minutes of game time than a rocking atmosphere. A small group of us in the Barclay always try and never succeed.
