  1. After reading an earlier post I rang the ticket office this morning and bought 2 tickets for the family area, so if you have kids and want to come along why give them a ring!!!
  2. Glad you got sorted.....hey if you can not make it I will buy your tickets as my kids would love to go!! Mobile 07703 503 400 Cheers Rupert.
  3. It''s not just Stoke but how about Bristol City and Watford too, Hull fans have just woken up and they filled their ground last week. Our players are spoilt becuase we support our club come rain or shine!
  4. As Carrow Road is sold out me and my Swansea City mate are off to Leicester to support the Tigers. If Hull can beat Leicester that may do us a favour and also help keep the scum out of the play offs and might help banish that awful afternoon I had there a few weeks ago!! Come on you Tigers!!
  5. I went to watch Northampton yesterday and Hendo can not even get into their side, unused sub again.
  6. Talk about promoting NCFC, the show was a sponsors dream, prime TV audience and free publicity, that''s a value you can not put on Delia, it''s worth more than money. True fact, a mate of mine who is works for a major food supplier was asked to list one of their new lines by one of the top 4 supermarkets because the item mentioned in Delia''s new book, I should tell Delia and perhaps she could tap them up for some sponsorship.
  7. Great news, just shows the passion of the canary faithful and the prudence of the board with their pricing. Bet Smudger wasn''t one of the ''new'' season ticket holders!!
  8. What do you guys want, he''s just masterminded a classic revival, looses a couple of games and you start jumping down his throat.
  9. Don''t worry it won''t be harsh on Patty to miss out cos he will start as Rusty is still suspended!
  10. Sunderland, Reading, Stoke and West Brom are just four of the clubs to show an interest in Norwich midfielder Lee Croft. Hope they weren''t watching yesterday!
  11. Well the drum nearly didn''t get in the ground!  As I was waiting for my pre match burger outside the Jarrold it took about 10 minutes before first the stewards and then the Police were consulted before the band of merry drummers were allowed inside. Mind you good job the drum was allowed inside cos there was no atmosphere inside the ground today at all!
  12. I have 2 copies of the Celebration Banquet at Portman Sq from the League Cup Final on 3rd March 1973. It has pictures, a menu and my Grandad got all the autographs of every member of the City squad on the last page.... can you believe this was 35 years ago!!
  13. Blimey, what a load of rubbish, nothing like sticking to the subject of the thread, it is getting very tired and personal now. Anyway boys hope your behaviour at Coventry is a little better or you might get a detention!!
  14. Loads of parking as the ground will be half empty, park in a unit just off the motorway, immediately left off the slip road, or last year I drove up and parked in the ground car park, at 10 to 3 cos I was late, but it cost me £7, but cheaper than a ticket!
  15. All for a bit of banter, humour and wind ups but please no racist, swearing or threatening chants, we are a family club, let''s support the team these are the guys we pay to watch not the away fans.
  16. It''s the whole game, the players don''t chase the ref, fain injury or dive, we need to adopt more of this in football
  17. Sad fact is he hasn''t progressed in 4 years, just like Hendo and Crow etc etc, shame our youth policy hasn''t really produced any new talent except Greeno, Shacks for years, as a club we will never be successful until we start producing our own players.
  18. I went to the game on Saturday and I took my 7 year old son for his first ever away game, the first thing he told his mum about when he got home was how he saw a Norwich fan get dragged off by 4 policemen, terrible. If I noticed a group of about 15 Norwich fans leave the minute we went 2.0 down then I am sure the police did, interestingly none of them wore any colours and were in the section next to the Leicester fans. Not a betting man but I wouldn''t be surprised if these were the guys involved in the trouble. If this is the case these guys were not our fans just people from Norwich who came for a scrap and perople we don''t want attending our games.
  19. Blimey your ''home'' game turned into an awayday nightmare.....next time get yourself a travel agent!!! If you ever want to share a lift I only live down the road in Brixworth off the A14, took me 40 mins to get home!
  20. Think you missed the point, he signed loan players in Jan to help us stay up this season, since he signed them we have taken 7 points in Feb to help us stay up. At the end of the season, when I hope we will be safe the loan players will return and he will sign permanent players in the summer.
  21. I didn''t see half the stand taking off their shirts, making rude gestures and trying to insite a riot right in front of the police and stewards. Hey once you have been knicked  what is the point in fighting cos I bet he would have been chucked out but he has now probably been arrested.
  22. Yea, I saw that, one of the guys who was ejected/arrested deserved to go as he had been winding up the Blue scum all the second half, not sure about the other. As you say there were some coins coming over and no attempt was made to stop this, been before and seen it before though! Hope the lady is OK. What about the big fat b**tard who banged the drum, he had a bigger pair of jugs than all the girls I know!!
  23. Hey Wizzard, calm down mate, by the looks of it you weren''t there so think yourself lucky. Roeders aim was to stay up this season and then build a team for next...I think he is still on course!!
  24. Ok so we were the best team for the first 10 mins after that we lost the midfield and the rest is history. Bad defeat in the end, didn''t get a good look at the sending off but once Rusty was gone we were in trouble. Sad we had such a huge support but these things happen, perhaps we got a bit too carried away so this is a reality check. Not so sure why Huxs wasn''t playing but I am sure we will find out but one bad result in 14 not too bad is it? Bring on Barnsley!
  25. To all the morans who still don''t appreciate her investment may I tell you that in Waitrose this book is their book of the month, £10 off too. Everytime she launches a new book, gets on the TV and radio our club gets free publicity, hey guess what that is just what sponsors want, publicity and coverage, most clubs can not buy air time and Delia gets ours free!! Shame some people don''t understand there is more to life than emptying your bank account into NCFC and investing her time into the club is probably more valuable.
