I would love that. But it's not happening. Knutsen was prity clear that he was not interested in the job at Brighten. Everything is going perfect at Glimt. He belive in the project, the fans love him. He is paid extremely well for a Norwegian manager. Think he will stay at Glimt for 1 ore 2 more years. And what do we have to offer him? Can we give him more then 1 mill in wages? Can we sign around 10 players that will work in his 4-3-3? We have Arons, Giannoulis, Sargent, Gunn and Sara. Perhaps Omobamidel and Cantwell. The rest of the team will have to be sold. They don't work in his type of team. Knutsen really care aboute his temas and it's important for him that the hole club is pulling in the right direction. If you sign a manager that have lost his dream jobb right before you sign him, then you cant expect to much. Smith is not doing great, but Weber will be happy with topp 6. I dont want Norwich to fire Smith. I dont trust Weber to sign a better manager. It will probably be R.Martin ore Tim Sherwood. No thanks
