  1. Or he thinks the resources are to shîte to turn it around.
  2. So that leaves people who we don’t really want but will take it because it’s the best they can get. I suspect we will end up with a Smith who for me is not really an upgrade and is fresh from failure.
  3. So basically Frank thinks we’re so śhite he doesn’t want to be involved!
  4. Couldn’t agree more. There’s a reason why no other team in the premiership is self funding. I DOESN'T FÛCK WORK! You can sustain a premier league team that way. We’re living proof. Is a Spin and Bołlocks!
  5. He doesn’t have on. He can throw the stub of his 1 game this season!
  6. You couldn’t insult me if you tried. Because unlike you I don’t give a fûck. And it would take a lot more that you or a championship manager leaving to upset me.
  7. I’m not bitter. I’m just amazed how many men are acting like they still live with their mummy and she’s told them to come in early.
  8. And that’s the best you can come back with. Not funny, not erudite not even cutting. Just pathetic
  9. Fück off. Whats has any of this got to do with mens mental health? It got more to do with the snowflake society we live in these days.
  10. FFS! Some of you on here are acting like your closest relative has just died. Get a blôody grip It just a man who left a football club for god sake. You didn’t know him you didn’t have “some special bond” with him. That all flowery bôllock. he just a football manager who couldn’t deliver the good in the top flight. grown men moping over some German football manager who, yes he a nice guy as far as we can’t tell but that all we know. Some waffle before and after each game and if we win he throws his hands in the air a couple of times. We don’t know any more about him than that! Couple that with this śhite about him basically being the only decent manager on the planet and how without him we’ll be in the conference in 4 seasons time. I’m staggered that grown men and women can be so blôody pathetic. There’s bigger things going on it the world and other people who can come to this club and do well.
  11. It’s his dismal record at premiership level that has everything to do with it.
  12. This is the problem. Too many people get too loved up with individuals regardless of performance. We’re not Daniel Farke FC we’re Norwich City. Managers, like players come and go. Farke did well in the Championship but we’re not striving to be a championship club. We want more and he simply couldn’t deliver that. Farke is gone. He’ll survive. Stop grizzling about it. It’s not like he’s dead.
  13. Fûck Villa… you heard it hear first
  14. You need more man management skills than just patting the teachers pets on the head in modern football management. As I said on another thread Cantwell is arguably our most creative play. If Farke haD found away of getting a happy Todd on the pitch regularly maybe he’d have contributed to some better performances and Farke would still be here.
  15. What this team desperately needs is firstly some defensive tactics, but just as importantly some creativity, some guile and some vision. I don’t think we’ve seen the best of Gilmour. I don’t think he’s been played in the right position with the right remit. Todd is another who, yes needs an approach where you get the most out of him. That’s the skill of a good man manager. If Farke had been better at that maybe Todd would have played and maybe contributed to some better results, Gilmour to if the manger could have released his quality where it was needed and how it was needed. Personally I think both players are a prime example of where Farke lacks ability, not every play can be handled the same way or play just how you tell them. Finding how to utilise the talent to is best is a mangers job. With these two players he failed.
  16. Nobody is saying Farke hasn’t contributed massively to the progression of the club, but I think most rational people know he’s taken us as far as he can. The time is right and the club has acted. I for one am excited to see what awaits us. I’ve found the football we’ve played this season turgid and tactically we’ve been poor. Yes I agree that Norman aside we’ve signed a load of bang average players but we need someone to galvanise the squad. I don’t think Farke could do that. The Cantwell saga seem to me a clear indication that more is wrong behind the scenes than we know and I think it’s not just Todd who questions Farke’s judgement and team selection. I get the distinct impression other players were becoming disenchanted with his approach. Well done Farke for what he achieved and well done the club for recognising that it’s run it’s course. There’s no place for sentimentality in professional football at this level and we need to be more ruthless throughout our club on and off the pitch.
  17. I think so. I think they’ve all known since just after the Leeds game.
  18. Look don’t get me wrong. I think Farke’s a really nice guy. Always conducted himself with dignity. But his time was up. And no I can’t get to sentimental about the whole thing. The world isn’t all about money I agree but it takes the sting out of things and Farke will get another job I’m sure. I genuinely think we need a change. Very, very few managers don’t have a sell by date. Good luck Daniel.
  19. Unless you were in love with the guy many of you wanted a change. What does it matter if it happened now. In hindsight he clearly already knew. And he’s a big boy who going to get a big pay off. Nobody sheds a tear for you when you have employment troubles and I doubt anyone on here get the sort of money Daniel will be taking with him. And none of you shed a tear when it happens to the the hundreds of other professionals football managers who get sacked every year around the globe. the hypocrisy of some is staggering.
  20. I’m a shallow guy. All I want is to see my football team do well at the highest possible level. Nothing else. And I feel that would never happen with Farke.
  21. Maybe the players knew. Maybe that’s what spurred them on. Maybe they think he’s a diçk.
