1. Well we have not rushed through the Nicky Bailey signing but then a few other teams were interested in him unlike our other signings.
2. Manager has been more than backed with cash and i would expect them to be around the top this season . Four million plus for Chopra is whatever way you look at it impessive (more than City would fork out on a striker when they went up to the Prem) ans signals an intent to go up . Afraid buying run of the mill players from Brighton and Col U says only one thing to me relegation unless we get in a few decent ones before the season starts but we have no money thats more than plain to see.
3.
I wondered when Loan/Freebie City was going to spout some crap. Re: We''ve signed Crofts! Lets be honest here, the people saying hes an ok signing are probably the same bunch that reckoned Gunn''s signings were ok last season and he was the man for the job , some people just settle for whatever crap they are given . http://www.pinkun.com/cs_pinkun/cs/forums/2/1269313/ShowPost.aspx#1269313 Above is the thread for Clingfilm and look how many people were not keen on him. Even the ever so cheerful 1st Wiz said he was pants.
All about opinions isnt it , and mine is we will need more about our squad than a whole host of League 1 players. Here''s another for you i think Holt will be totally out of his depth a league higher and will be one of the worst strikers in the Championship , time will tell eh .

5.

Winning League One is not an achievement. Yes we have done fantastically well to go up, but I think it makes a mockery of our club. If we were to go upto the Premiership, then by all means, but League One?
completely agree with you mate, after all we are effectively celebrating our worst league position in 60 odd years. Im delighted to have achieved promotion but just want to forget about league one now. The whole thing will feel a complete anti climax when compared to 04-05. I have no interest in attending.
Open topped bus for the lowest league finish by the club in 50 years , pathetic it really is .
6. Have i been away , its a decent league 1 side that will be out of its depth in the Championship , another Peterborough.
7. Anybody who knows anything about football can see it , maybe you should stick to xmas dittys clearly your strong point .
8. This side as it is now will struggle sgainst Championship opposition , its a huge step up from the very very poor sides in this league.
9.
Late kick off is nothing other than horrendous, horrendous ****.  Their ratings must  be dropping like a stone.  I am sure it was sold to us on the basis of being extended local highlights.  Last night we saw 30 seconds of the goal, and then 10 minutes of Eadie warbling on and some posh bird who really needs a man in her life.Kevin Piper Media Ltd.  What a t**t.
But to be fair we were the main match on the Football League Show and they couldnt come up with any highlights to show either , it was rather embarrassing being main match and only seeing the Leeds player knocked out ,Holts poor shot just before half time , the goal and the sending off .
10. Think they have Curbishley lined up and Keane will be gone this week , that article from Clegg says im still behind Roy Keane it does not mention Marcus Evans still being behind him .
11. This season has been great if you like beating rubbish week in week out but next season will tell us whether we really have improved any . Getting relegated to this level of football should have made every fan a doom and gloom merchant and were it not for McNally being brought into the club we would probably still have Gunn in charge and be somewhere in mid table .
12. This game will be much harder than a great deal of City fans are expecting  , Leeds really cannot afford to lose and will be pumped up for it , as for us the niggling doubt i have comes from the last big home game when Southampton turned us over with ease . Tomorrow is title winner or all back in the melting pot.
13. Chris Lakey is spot on , no City fan should want a open topped bus parade for winning a mickey mouse league , all it will do is give the binners something else to laugh at , not to mention the complete waste of money it would be.
14. Strength in depth for League 1 but a whole host of players who wont be good enough at a higher level next season .
15. Why would you want to celebrate winning a league that is barely above non league standards , its a disgrace we have fallen so low , maybe we should start playing Lowestoft for the Fishermens Widows and Orphans cup again and having an open top bus celebration for winning that .
16. 20/1 is correct , but with Gunn in the managers job it would of taken a brave man to lump on .
17. The club will never be sold because Delia needs it , simple as that really.
18. Go hammers. feel good that we will beat Hull . Wish i had completed on the deal, so many ideas. Zola is awesome . Love West ham so much. And theres one from earlier , not really an ideal buyer is he , oh for Peter Cullum to come calling again.
19. Its because having looked as if we had killed off the challenges of Col Who , Charlton and Swindon we have in 3 games let them right back into the mix , the top two spots are wide open again and we have some very tough matches coming up.
20. Dont really see how you can say Evans has not invested in the team , this season Keane has bought Priskin for £1.7 million , Leadbitter and Edwards for around £2.7 million Lee Martin for a reported £2 million and then theres the loans they have got in .To me that looks like pretty good investment in a Championship side that had finished not far off the play offs last season , where Evans went wrong was appointing a crap manager . Hoping they go down but in reality theres not many points between the whole of the bottom half of the Championship this season.
21.
When was it EVER said he was interested ?Who gives a monkeys, we are doing just fine as we are thanks very much mister lotus !
We are doing just fine ? we are close to administration and are only winning games because we are playing in a joke of a league , go up with no investment and we will be straight back down much like Peterborough .
22.
It was never going to happen, and I hope we can get back to the premire league with Delia, McNally and Lambert!
Not without a lot of money we wont , we could even end up as a Championship - league 1 yo yo club.
23. "Given the connection between Lotus, Norwich City and Norfolk and Tony''s love of sport, I''m sure that over the next few months, there will be some conversations with Tony about how we can work together," he said on Sky Sports News.
24.
Lol i knew that was coming! im starting to think i dreamt it! :) .....I promise i saw it and hate rumours, and if the worse comes to the worse i will email sky sports and demand they give me the half i missed!
No you didnt dream it theres a piece about it on My Football Writer now and it mentions about being on Sky Sports News.
