1.

who''s Buckethead and why is he so far up Tilson''s fundament, is he/she someone on this picture?
I am my own man.Is that how you see it? I have simply addressed the issues raised by USA Canary and highlighted his false dichotomy on the topic of ''change''. I also pointed out  that the leadership of NCISA has been questioned at great length in recent months on this board at least and since USA Canary was always one of the more persistant inquisitors and detractors I found it strange that USAC should allude otherwise. If you read my reply properly you would also have noticed the liberal usage of question marks as I am in no way able to speak for Mr. Tilson or the NCISA but have offered possible answers to USAC''s questions to stimulate the debate. As for being up Mr T''s fundament perhaps you could back up this claim and show me where in the post I''ve even agreed with anything he said? No.
Sorry, being anti NCISA bigot/zealot, I incorrectly see even handedness with the NCISA as fawning and toadying. I hadn''t read all pages but I did agree with what USA Canary wrote and felt your answers seemed to be biased toward Tilly and the Gang. Anyway, what about the curtains issue?
 2.
Bowkett is just another puppet in Delia''s evil campaign to run the world. Look at his pathetic career record as a doormat and lackey to others and his parlous record in business achievement or wealth generation. Now he comes crawling onto the board in his usual cringing way, cap in hand and out of his depth to board studded with *starts ands winners*. Typical.
sorry, *stars and winners*

I agree with USA Canary and who''s Buckethead and why is he so far up Tilson''s fundament, is he/she someone on this picture?http://www.ncisa.co.uk/#/ncisa-team/4513258132Also why do they all have the same curtains, did John tell them they all had to have the same curtains as him, did they take a vote from members, or do they all live together like The Beatles in Help! or the Monkees. "Hey, hey we''re the NCISA, people say we''re led by an self promoting egoist, but we''re too busy whinging, etc, etc"

Smith & Jones still have the casting vote don''t they???
Oh dear, it''s Smudger having trouble with facts again. No, they don''t still have the casting vote on the board. They are now in a 4-2 minority. As opposed to a few weeks ago when they were in a 3-2 minority.
No they have a 64% majority... but don''t let facts get in the way of a good arguement hey??? [:$]
Don''t mistake me for you, Smudger. For starters if you mean their shareholding then it''s 61.2 per cent, not 64 per cent. But in terms of boardroom decisions the size of the shareholding doesn''t count; it is strictly one person, one vote, and they could have been outvoted on a specific issue (the choosing of a manager, for example) at any time. Of course the fact that they own the club is bound to have an influence, but they could still have been outvoted, and they could be now.
So they are going to be outvoted in a boardroom that is made up of 3 club employees plus one other person who is a significant shareholder are they? Would you vote against your employer in such a manner? If you did then I don''t think you would be there very long do you???
Futhermore, I take it that the 3 new clowns we have in the boardroom agree with the Gunn managerial appointment????
I don''t see currently how you can determine that they are clowns, and their views on the Gunn appointment are immaterial given that they were not at the club when the appointment was made. I really think you should see what happens before putting out such negative cr*p.
Are their views immaterial? If they don''t agree with the decision then lets hear it now, before Gunny & Co ruin yet another season.
I obviously didn''t say that their views were immaterial, but whether they wanted Gunn or not certainly is. Now they have arrived they obviously will take a view. I get your postion and the constant knife sticking approach to all things, but your answers are often so w*nked that sometimes I''d love to kick you really hard in the b*llocks.

 7. Whilst I don''t think D and MWJ have become pushovers overnight, I do think that at their age and with the many mistakes made in the last 5 years under their watch, they are looking to devolve some of the decision making, and have elected to take people on who will do the job the way they see it needs to be done, rather than yes men promoted above their experience/ability. Also I too think there has been some shift in control with Foulger publicly putting money up for the first time and Bowkett obviously having cash but currently saying he has not invested any money in the club, yet.  Interesting times I think, and I don''t think Gunn will get much past October if the early signs aren''t good for the team.
 8. I f*cking hate Roy anyway but when you''re waiting for something it is much much worse. Euthanasia.Mmmm nice.

 10.

I have no confidence that Delia and Michael know what to do with Norwich City anymore, they are two successful business people who have bought something they fancied and it''s all gone wrong, they put their faith in various people who have let them down and, approaching 70, they must wonder what the hell has happened. I don''t have much faith in Bryan Gunn either, in fact out of the 4 key members of the management team I have more faith in the other 3 in footballing terms than him, but I didn''t claim my rebate. The last couple of years in particular on the pitch have been grim and the 330 mile round trip that I make for home games has been more of a trial each time I have made it, but after discussing it with my uncle who I go to the games with, the monthly direct debit goes down £7 per month, and although I haven''t had a job since March and have cancelled all other luxuries, demanding the rebate back seemed pointless given that the effect it would have on my life was non existent. As my uncle said, we''ll still go and watch the sh*t whatever league they are in because it''s about more than just the football, it''s about ritual, tradition, family, emotions, belonging, being there and much more. If people really want to protest then they shouldn''t buy season tickets at all, but that''s not where I want to be. The board have f*cked up, we''re relatively skint, but not much more than most of the competition in our league, Delia and Michael still own the club whether we or they like it or not and taking £70 or so off the club seems to be the wrong type of protest, and poor old Foulger, who may be a bit of a puppet, I don''t know, is berated for putting his hand in his pocket, blackmail, and now for being tight because he''s only matching the 33%. Delia or not, I do think that we have reached an inevitable nadir and I don''t believe that next season will be as bad in terms of performances and results than the last dreadful effort, I am also very happy with the new CEO and the 3 signings we have made, although I like others was excited about Brellier and others, so what do I know. I''m glad we''re cutting our cloth more sensibly, that we are getting people on contracts not loans and I hope this is a new beginning, I actually think the D&M factor is almost irrelevant and out of their hands and I hope my whole season ticket amount including my unclaimed rebate helps. Also although I have never met any of Tilly and the gang, their parochial, self serving, egocentric discourses on here do not make me want them to lead me anywhere and I truly wonder what they thought the board would do in response to their push to demand the rebates other than lay people off and declare they had a small budget, although that is just an aside and had no effect on my own decision.
With regard to your last paragraph i was under the impression that this whole rebate issue was surrounding the player budget so i cannot agree with your take on it involving people being laid off Shortfatb. That surely is totally down to relegation and the financial impact on other revenue streams like catering, merchandise, hospitality etc.
I don''t really know as I wasn''t at St Andrew''s Hall, but I thought it was a protest/reaction to the position the current board had got the club into and the NCISA thought that by encouraging the rebate claims it was making a stand for supporter power and encourage the board to make changes. It may have been about the player budget but if it was I don''t see how the outcome could have ever been positive or efficacious for progression within the club, but then you''re the boss, I''m just a outsider, carping. Out of interest what are the next steps for the NCISA now that the rebate issue has turned out how you hoped it would?
I have to consult with the full Committee but as of this moment we are still attempting to arrange a meeting with the directors as a result of a request we made.
It will be interesting to see what is decided and if the board resent your actions enough to not play ball,  figuratively, with regards to your requests/demands whatever they are, although I think they are relatively powerless to do much, which is obviously the elephant in the room for you and them. Perhaps your influence with regards to the rebate will give the NCISA more clout within the club.
 11.

That''s because shareholders have a vested financial interest in the business in which they hold shares!
This particular hymnsheet seems to suggest that football club shareholders are in it for the money. That is nonsense Lisa.
No John. The point is that ever shareholder has made a financial gesture to this club and it is in their interests that it succeeds in football terms because that makes the whole issue make sense. What does failure achieve? Nothing for anyone.
No Lisa. I did not make my financial gesture with the prime objective of seeing my club succeed.I did it because Norwich City is my club and i wanted a sense of belonging.Call me daft but my share certificate is one of my most cherished possessions and i shall pass them on to my daughter when i die. Yes of course success is great and i have seen a lot of success since 1963 when i first went but i will tell you something,i have never seen such a sustained period of failure as we have witnessed over these last 4 years.Mistake after mistake and no sign as yet that anything has been learnt and you expect me to throw more money at the problem. No way. What has failure achieved.God do i really have to spell it out?And you and people like USAcanary have the nerve to blame me and 11,606 others if more failure is over the horizon.Let me just ask you something,if you had a dodgy meal in a restaurant and everybody told you it had been like that for 4 years would you keep throwing money in the owners till in the hope things would get better?
That''s a highly spurious argument, there are many restaurants and one football club. Would you stop going to the restaurant if the next nearest was in Kings Lynn and offered an even poorer standard of catering?

The club will be here long after the current board have left. It is is refreshing to see somone posting who deals with the reality of the situation we are in. I want to personally thank YOU and other supporters who decided to pledge their rebate towards the rebuilding of the first team. Giving us the best chance to do well this year and hopefully win promotion.
Thanks, I''m not pleased, I just can''t see where the choices are other than as I have written or not going to matches at all.

 15. Just to emphasise the point, I am already disappointed about whoever City sign next.
 16. Just finished this with the help of Mike Davage''s Glorious Heroes book. I was at every home game during this period first team and reserves, but I struggled to remember 4 of the team at all. I also hadn''t realised that the left back left that year, in my mind, him and Black played until much later, but they both went in ''73 under the Bond revolution.
 17.

I wish!!! I would have started by spending a long time analysing/ questioning the current management , interviewing the remaining Directors and previous incumbents and then producing a revised organisation, job description and person spec. for agreement.Having identified prospective candidates, they would be rigorously interviewed against the agreed specs. and a shortlist produced for final interview. Full reference and background checks before making an offer with a probationary period and defined, measurable, short-term objectives. Remuneration package to be heavily performance based with significant reward for success but no long contract period.Let''s hope that somebody is doing something similar at Carrow Road which is why there is a delay!
Didn''t we have two like this, Andrew & Sharon Turner, but their proposals upset too many people???
I think their proposals upset two people, or maybe just one, not too many.
 18. Do you shake it all about at any point?
 19. I understand Sophie Anderton is likely to replace Otsemobor at right back, which can only be positive. I suppose she''ll know where the line is!
 20. As I''ve said on other posts, you will get nowhere with 1000''s of the season ticket holders if you are offensive to D and MWJ, however I believe the route that should be taken is that they are two nice benefactors who have done their best, have now lost their way, and need to be helped to find a way out so that they can still be involved with the club but do not solely make the key business and football decisions. I think this is the process that the NCISA or any other faction should follow and that this would recieve majority support. How you get rid of them after that is anyone''s guess, but they have obviously had enough of the responsibility and the shrinking value of their ''investment''.
