  1. Getting results with key players out? I didn't think that was possible?
  2. Don't forget the middle-aged drunks, though some of them probably fit into the first two categories.
  3. Definitely too soon to accurately answer. But with a gun to my head I'd predict 7-12. With an actual lunatic in charge of a massive squad overhaul I've not much optimism that we'll have a top 6 squad come September and we have a head coach who has failed in his last two jobs and is currently failing at this one. I'm still looking forward to it.
  4. Interesting reach for the high ground in the same post that you've said something both rude and ignorant (and had the audacity to call the ignorant comment a "simple fact").
  5. And yet earlier you were talking about how much you enjoy women's Tennis and athletics. Bit bizarre, considering a couple of years ago a 15-year-old high school student in the US ran the 100m quicker than the female world record. And part-time jobbing male Tennis players could beat Iga Swiatek. Yet someone else on here said they prefer watching women's Tennis. As I sometimes do, it's often more entertaining. This idea that quality = entertainment is just senseless. The England Men's team would destroy the England Women's team, yet the Women's Euros was infinitely more enjoyable than any major tournament I've seen from the England Men.
  6. He did need to. It's compulsive to people like him. He has an opinion and he must say it because it's his opinion. The consequences don't matter, because it's what he thinks that matters. Out and out nutter.
  7. He's not an old man. I think that's part of the problem. He's got an incredibly fragile ego that's led him to surround himself with a team of similarly young senior management, because he couldn't cope with a wiser, older head around the place. The guy is a pathological narcissist. I'm not sure whether he's taken a blow to the head or all that time up where the air is thin has deteriorated his cognitive function, but something's made him pretty dense.
  8. I don't particularly care about his opinion on women's football. I do care that he appears to be thick as pig mince.
  9. It's not a subject he has any experience in.
  10. He's a ****ing liar as well. When did we win but grumble the players off the pitch? Yes, there were grumbles on social media and on here after victories, but every victory at Carrow Road this season was greeted with a cheer at the full time whistle. Bull****ting narcissist.
  11. Can divorcees in the Snakepit throw their voices right the way around Carrow Road then?!
  12. He's not going to leave the club "because some divorcees in the Snakepit abuse me". And if fans weren't lazy, they would look at the accounts of other clubs and realise it's not a level-playing field. Interesting, I wonder how level a playing field other Championship clubs would think it is when they look at our accounts, if they weren't so lazy.
  13. Apparently he shouldn't be sacked because we can't keep up with Brentford and Brighton. What about the fact that we can't keep up with Coventry or Luton?
  14. Google Callum O'Hare. Many Cov fans will tell you he's their best player. Been linked with Prem teams (and us once, if I recall correctly). Been injured since December. They were also missing McFadzean at centre back in their most recent game v us. Everyone has had to deal with injuries. They are not the reason we've been so ****ing dreadful.
  15. One game, Robins and Coventry didn't lose against anyone other playoff side. It could've been us. I'm certain Robins would have bailed for us, but we've a moron making the big decisions.
  16. Some of us wanted him after Smith. Sadly, some of us were smarter than Webber.
  17. Yep, stark raving lunatic or just a troll. There is no other feasible alternative.
  18. No it isn't. In fact, I'm stopping there. You're either being deliberately stupid for the reactions, in which case I'll stop feeding the troll, or you are that thick that engaging with you is tantamount to engaging with a brick, in which case there's no point.
  19. No, we're talking about a lawful, peaceful protest of a public event. There was no plan or intention to disrupt it. The location and nature of the protest was discussed weeks ahead of the event with the Police.
  20. I don't think it's even close, McNally's overall record at Norwich City is currently better than Webber's. He managed to see us survive in the Premier League for two seasons and yes, when he left we were in a perilous financial state with a hideously bloated wage bill, but we had assets with which to rescue us from the situation, assets acquired or developed under McNally's stewardship. We're now in a similar position in terms of the league structure but with only Sara and Aarons (acquired before Webber) with any resale value; no Pritchard, Murphys, Maddison to sell and no Aarons, Lewis or Godfrey coming through. Webber basically has this season to rescue us; if he fails, he will leave and his legacy won't be as impressive as McNally's.
  21. Well, yes, have you seen the league table? In fact, you could rephrase that, we are the best of the lower Championship.
  22. You're belittling the experience of being detained in a cell for hours and hours whilst simultaneously making out that PEOPLE WAVING PLACARDS AND WEARING YELLOW is this mega inconvenience.
  23. Didn't Iwan Roberts mention in his autobiography that there were people in the Norwich dressing room who saw being a footballer as a job and didn't really care for it all that much, and that he couldn't understand that mindset? It's been a good while since I read it, but I'm reasonably sure that was in there.
  24. I've always wondered that. Back in the day I used to work a shift at Papa Johns, drive back to my nearby home and join my mates on a night out. I'd always keep a little drinks bottle of an alcoholic beverage to drink on my short route home to make an early start and never knew whether that was legal or not. I'd still be under the limit if pulled over, but was technically drinking alcohol in a car I was operating.
