Yes Etuhu didnt have a good game last night, but i dont agree about Thorne. He was winning the balls in the air but no one was there to follow up and thats not his fault. Following up is why him and Earnie were such a good partnership cos Earnie is a poacher. Perhaps we would have done better to have Martin on from the start along side Thorne. Im not saying Thorne is the greatest player in the world and he did spurn a good heading chance but so did alot of players last night!!!!!

He was due to make his return the other week for the reserves but in the warm up he pulled his groin or hamstring and is out again. Totally silly now and his contract should be cancelled..... we would have been better off keepng Holt!!!!!!  

He answers your emails, he is available to talk to before most home games, he even gives his phone number but people like cluck still find it necessary to insult Mr Doncaster, i think its about time you gave him a break.....what more can he do. Grow up cluck and stop trying to cause trouble.

For the first six or seven games he was an early contender for player of the season but since then he has gone drastically down hill, however how much of that is to with this injury in his foot that is so bad he needs injections before the game to numb it????? Personally i dont think he should be playing if its that painfull, they wont risk Earny so why him???

As i understand it ( and i could be wrong!!) we did attempt to sign him but they were asking around 800k which was and still would be too higher price for him. 200k is probably about WRIGHT....!!!!!

Sunderland rarely play with wingers so who is to say he wont do better down here with Huckerby & Croft putting balls over??! Just give the lad a chance.......if he does sign. Look at Crouch, he was supplus to southhamptons requirements when he came here!!!!

I travel to quite a few away games (and also goto every home game for the last 14 years) and i have never seen a club executive standing outside taking questions at any other ground. Doncaster gets an awful lot of comments on this site and most of it is unfounded..( and before wiz or one of the others ask..No im not him!!!!!)  

As i understand it we only paid 2.75 million for Earnie, it only goes upto 3.5 IF we get promotion. So that makes 1.25 million profit in a year....not bad business in my books!!! But i do agree if Ashton is worth 7.5 mil then Earnie is worth a hell of more than 4 mil. Still would rather he stayed with us because he would be hard to replace.  

4 games in ten days. 2-1 up with only few minutes left... why risk getting Earnie injured. What you need to ask is why our useless deffence cant clear a ball properly by just hoofing it out of the ground. Thats the area  that we need to strenghten in the january transfer window. From what ive seen this season Doc and Drury have become liabilities.  

So who would you have play then????? Shacks is banned, Dion is injured and Spillane has only just come back..... We are very thin on the ground!!!!!

I have lost my respect for Grant.................. Saying the crowd are to blame for the sh*t performance we witnessed today is an absolute disgrace. What is the bloke expecting from us..?? The Murderers on Timber hill (city centre) are opening from 9.30 and serving food/drink. Great Pub usually gets a good atmosphere. Does anyone know if a pub in poringland (royal oak etc) is showingthen game as i have to take my daughter to the play barn for a party at 11 and wont get back to city in time???        

For those of you who didnt make the trip to west brom Hughes was one of the best players on the pitch and was worth every penny yesterday. He was protecting colin when he made his runs and was also finding lots of space. The thing that most annoyed me was watching our own players hang him out to dry!!! They would give him ##it passes, never looked to help when he was surrounded and ignored him when he was in space. Dont get me wrong he isnt the most talented player in the world but then he is no worse than Robinson. How that man gets picked for Norwich week in week out let alone Wales is beyond me. I say give Hughes a chance in his proper position for a change and drop Robinson

I am not a worthy fan but i do not aggree with blaming the board. They saved this club from the brink of adminstration and are true fans of the canary badge. There is always politics behind the scenes that we don''t know about and for all we know they could be looking for a replacement. Trust in delia and michael as they WILL do the best thing for the club. As for the chump in charge and his post match comment he hasn''t a clue who is and isn''t a TRUE fan and we will be here long after he gone and most deffinately FORGOTTON.
