We get what we deserve. I dont like Leeds, but wish Danni well. He was & is a class act, Norwich played some of the best football I have ever seen in all my years under him, Carrow Road was rocking then. I may have to wait for another lifetime to see it replicated.

Saudi Arabia and the Championship

In the Casino of the Super Rich, the bundles of Money gets thrown around the tables that would easily buy a third world country, let alone respectability, but underneath the tables, the blood is dripping down the table legs, & collecting in a large pool that they have around their feet, and when they leave the table, you can see quite clearly where they have been walking. -
What a list of truly great keepers, I had doubts when he first arrived, but a great addition to the list, a showman, a great rapport with the fans, loved playing here & a fine shot stopper. Thanks Tim, & wish him well.

A very accurate picture painted of where we stand right now, as if I need reminding. Mismanagement of resources, both human & financial. Thanks LDC -
And where do we get that from? Maybe the bigger players round him weren't up to it

I sometimes think that some of our supporters need to take a long hard look at themselves. Max Aarons has been a model professional at our club, the moment things turn sour they look for a scapegoat. I haven't seen a better fullback since Mark Bowen, he has one of the best records for appearances, he never stops running, when knocked over & gets fouled he just picks himself up never moans & goes again. He plays his best football when in an attacking team, its no coincidence that was when Farke was at the helm. You could say the same for Pukki, Krul, & a few others. I for one will be extremely sad to see him go, in the right team he will flourish, Well done Max, I wish you well, & fully understand your reasoning, you bought a bit of joy & excitement to an astonishing time at Carrow Road. Thank you.

Absolutely no need to apologise Ricardo, emotion is where the true support comes from, the heart. And I tell you what bor, your match reports are one of the things I enjoy most about our club, they are as important to me as the Canary on the badge, we are lucky to have you, a true supporter, so keep em coming. The first thing I ever read on match days, you put us in the picture, the mood in the ground, the weather, the way you feel, & the EMOTION. Our very own Henry Blofeld of football! Looking forward to more, onwards & upwards, Thanks Ricardo -

A more poignant post I have yet to read on these forums. thank you Ricardo. I too thought the same, managers come & go, as do players, but that time round I thought we were onto something, to get a team playing like that, with the resources we had, & the players that were available, getting the best out them, giving youngsters a chance, getting the team believing in something, getting the fans behind it, even the national press started to take notice. At that point it has always been that our managers leave for bigger & better things, that our best players leave for better bigger & better things, but I thought that hang on a minute, we got something good going on here. How wrong I was, we shot the goose that laid the golden egg, & I still wait to see a manager who could get a team playing better. -

Ben Godfrey like so many others, played his best football under Farke. -

Thanks so much for your valuable insight Ricardo, very much appreciated. Sorry to say I fell by the wayside after the Farke debacle, but I still eagerly await for the Ricardo's report, so my heart is still interested in the Yella. Hope your health is ok, & wish you a speedy recovery, I look forward to your reports next season. Thank you, for keeping my flame flickering. Cheers, & good health my man! -

I have supported this club since the days of Foggo, Stringer, Forbes & Keelan, and all I feel now is utterly sad. We shot the goose that laid the Golden Egg. And we ended up with egg on our faces, & a bloody mess.
