  1. This is bo11ocks. Alan Sugar can spout his RW nonsense and still collect Auntie Beeb's sheckels. And he is one of many. But call out this rancid bunch of arseholes in our government for what they really are, and suddenly impartiality is important.
  2. FARKING HELL! INCREDIBLE GOAL Tin hats all round for the 3000 now - safe trip home please
  3. No need to get rid of the injury based on our historic forays into the transfer market...
  4. 15 minutes. No shots or corners. Good test for how good Wagner really is. We need something to change, and soon.
  5. Idah struggling on his own. Not holding or keeping it is causing repeated pressure. He needs help.
  6. I'm no fan but, no, he is not the worst. Threads like this for current squad players are unhelpful and unecessary, especially after a decent home victory from a team in which he played.
  7. There are quite a few weapons on this forum. They'll be quiet tonight though.
  8. Renewing while I am still fortunate enough to afford it. No question. Said it on here before. Whatever happens, happens. Good times, bad times, it's all part of the story of our club. For every Wembley win, there is a 6-1 tanking at Port Vale in the pi55ing rain. That's what makes it interesting. It would be boring and a huge weight of expectation to expect to win every week, every season. I like having a couple of hours of live football to watch and take the reflected glory (or disappointment) my local club brings.
  9. Play-offs also look a long way off on this evidence. Hull now looks like a mid-table scrap on Tuesday night, not the confidence grabbing home win it should be.
  10. Plus ca change. Gifting goals all season after having most of the play. Binners two down. A small crumb of comfort.
  11. You know how bad it is, they have started to scrutinise the xg...
  12. Stan Bowles does a good story about booting the ball at the FA Cup trophy at Sunderland in 1973. It was proudly sitting on a trestle table at the side of the pitch in the first match at Roker in the 73-74 season but he had a small wager (probably with Don Shanks) that he could knock it off there. He headed across the pitch against the run of play the first time he got the ball and smashed it as hard as he could at the cup, sending it and the lid flying. He reckons he was lucky 30000+ Mackems didn't tear him limb from limb that day🤣
  13. I will be VERY disappointed if that assistant's nickname is not 'Ferris'. This season has been so disappointing, the renewal of my ST hinges on it...
