  1. Mine: Tranmere 1-1 Norwich Norwich 3-0 Stockport Norwich 2-1 MK Dons Orient 1-2 Norwich Charlton 3-1 Norwich Norwich 2-0 Gilligham Bristol 2-1 Norwich Norwich 4-0 Carlisle
  2. Norwich Leeds Millwall Swindon Charlton Colchester
  3. Best - Goal Worst - A patch of play in the first half that saw Norwich lose the ball time & time again for a spell of about 2/3 minutes. It was unbelievable to watch. Funniest - The sending off after just 30 secs OR Beckford''s lack of interest in playing for Leeds.
  4. After reading reports in the local media, and also speaking with friends who were exiting the Jarrold Stand, some of these Leeds fans are utter scum of the earth. Why can''t they just deal with the fact that they''ve f*cked up their season, without starting fights with opposing fans. Pathetic behaviour by a club who think they are bigger than they actually are. The chant "You''re all here to see the Leeds" - Are we? Are we really? Don''t think so! An utter disgrace.
  5. That bloke on the bridge sells everything. Badges, scarves, crack cocaine.
  6. Essexwhite - The reason why our posts concern Leeds are simple. At the start of the season it was about catching Leeds. Now the posts are simply ''Can you believe how Leeds have f*cked this right up?!'' Beckford looked committed today :-)
  7. L1 Player of the Year apparently. What a joke that was. Saying that, Holt wasn''t great today either. However, I know who i''d prefer to have in my team week in week out.
  8. Got into the game today just before kick off. Bunch of Leeds fans walked past us all singing and just wanting someone to start a fight with them. They were all very big headed, singing in our faces. "We are Leeds, we are Leeds" etc etc. I don''t think they have realised that they are in L1 and quickly f''ing up their chances of going up. I wish they would realise that they are not famous anymore. The days of Ferdinand, Fowler and woodgate are gone.
  9. I remember someone shouting at Mills once "go back to Sprowston, you''re sh*t".
  10. He said: “Leeds is a massive club that should be in the Premier League with the amount of fans they have. “Norwich is a relatively big club that certainly deserves to be in the Championship and with the size of the club could probably sustain themselves in the Premier League.” Mills comments above. Only made the England side in 2002 cause Neville was out. Has the nickname Avenue by some fans as players constantly ran past him. Poor player.
  11. The reason people are mentioning PL leaving Norwich City is simple in my opinion. It''s very rare in football these days that anyone is loyal. Yes, Lambert said a few weeks/months back that Celtic didn''t interest him. However, when the opportunity actually presents itself people''s minds can change. Especially a football manager''s. Many managers in the past have distanced themselves from positions only to eventually take that position. That''s why I was getting a little uneasy about the whole thing, but after watching him on SSN, it''s clear he''s going to be at Norwich for a few years yet, barring any major Premier League interest of course.
  12. Exactly what I mean with the silly reaction. Obviously I''m not saying I''m Mr. Perfect. Let me spell somthing wrong. There you go. Grow up for god''s sake, or get back in the pram.
  13. it''s full of kids. Simple as that. I tend to dip in & out of this board. I had a look on here after Leeds were beaten on Monday night and some of the posts are just unbelievable at times. I''m not talking about everyone. However, some people are just so silly with some of their comments that it would be scary to think that they were not younger than 18 years old. Some people can''t even put together a proper sentence. Some people are unbelievably pathetic with their idiotic comments towards certain issues. We have some fantastic fans, but some completely stupid, narrow minded ones too. I guess every club has them.
  14. Made me laugh how some of you didn''t read the original post properly so just started talking about how it was a fair point. Sums up this board.
  15. From the BBC''s Quotes of the Week section: "It''s always important that you don''t sit on your laurels and stand still." Scottish Premier League chief executive Neil Doncaster on the ups and downs involved in reforming the league.
  16. I said yesterday that my 100% honest opinion is Norwich 1-2 Leeds. For some reason I can just see it happening. I think our players know we are pretty much up. Therefore Leeds will want it more.
  17. Have been thinking all week that it will be: Norwich 2-1 Leeds Although now think it might be: Norwich 1-2 Leeds I just don''t know.
  18. Yeah ok. Good for Norwich, but there''s another player who won''t be able to compete in the WC. Must be gutting for a player. Feel sorry for him.
  19. Can you REALLY see Millwall winning four games that we lose? Leeds are done for. I think it will be tight on Saturday but I can see us getting a 1-0 or 2-1 win. Then we can just leave it up to the rest to fight amongst themselves. What I thought people had forgotten last night on here was that we are actually a good team. All this talk of Millwall, Swindon blah blah blah, people seemed to forget that we are by far and away the best team in this league. We will win this league. Come 5.00pm on Saturday afternoon we will be further clear at the top and have one foot firmly in the Championship.
  20. Lambert: "We''re well in the mix. The team to beat". Many fans on CC saying how they were pleased with a point despite the last minute goal. After Holt scored yesterday I said to the people I was with "I''d still be happy with a point here". All these reactions made me realise that everybody is fairly sure now that we are up! I for one am delighted with the club this season after such a disaster of a start under Bryan Gunn. I think Leeds will beat Millwall tomorrow night, but we will beat Leeds next Saturday. Saw Roeder on Soccer AM yesterday (which was discussed on here). The sight of that man just angers me. As does the sight of Peter Grant after his comments when we drew with Hull a few years back at home and he called the fans "a disgrace". I''ve never forgotten that. Just as I haven''t forgotten Bryan Gunn''s comments after our defeat to Colchester "we are very proud of the steward system we have here". Laughable. All three men contribute to being the worst managers in our history. So pleased that we have a club we can be proud of again.
  21. Yeah, i mean he''s 34 now so his chance to prove people wrong has long since passed. It was Grant''s short sighted nature that led him to pay Colchester 750k for Jamie. Bad decision. 8k a week. Didn''t know that. Crazy. So thats how he gets to drive around in that car. He was one of the players i saw the day after we were relegated to league one standing in the car park laughing his head off. Left a bitter taste to see him stand in front of his expensive car laughing, whilst the fans were in a fans forum expressing their anger to the board and management team.
  22. IMO I''m not too fussed that he was let go. He didn''t really set the world alight elsewhere. Playing for a bunch of average clubs.
