Steve Morison Song...
Anyone else think its a bit rubbish?
Well I think it''s alright, although certainly far from the most inventive song ever. Is better than nothing!

Bit harsh on Martin who has well done his bit for the club in recent years!

My lad and I came up with this today - at least its better than Mor-is-on et al.

He'' scores when he wants,

He scores when he wants,

He''s Steve Morison,

He score when he wants.

Lets hope we can start it up against Spurs.

Anyone remember the old ariston advert?   Went   "ariston and on and on" then just repeated. Could be used for morrison?

I like that NMTD, I was thinking of the somewhat rubbish (but less rubbish than the current song):

"Oh Stevie Stevie!

Stevie, Stevie, Stevie, Stevie Morison!"

but I much prefer your lads effort.

Morison, Morison, on his own again

Morison, Morison, scoring goals for fun

He scores on the turn

He scores on the run

Morison, Morison, Morison
Morison, Morison, king of Target Men

Morison, Morison, with his band of men

Feared by the Scum

Loved by his Mum

Morison, Morison, Morison

Huge fail rhyming "men" with "men".   [:$]What about the 1st Wiz/Torres reprise combo:We signed him as a target man, Steve-o, Steve-oHe''s bigger than Wes Hoolahan, Steve-o, Steve-oWhen he scores goals, he celebratesQuite selfishly, without his matesAnd he''s Steve Morison, going in JanuaryAnd so''s Anthony Pilkington, Bye bye, bye byeAnd Bradley Johnson''s good as goneBye bye, bye byeBut that''s okay, the Spanish Kingcan trundle up and down the wingAnd as long as Grant Holt stays, we''ll be okay

That tune would work quite nicely for Pilks too, right number of syllables and all....

Pilkington, Pilkington running down the wing,

Pilkington, Pilkington gets his crosses in,

He scores with his left,

He scores with his right,

Pilkington, Pilkington, Pilkington!

Instead of rhyming men and men Chops you could go for

Morison, Morison, came here from The Den

Morison, Morison, king of target men!

Clap, clap, clapclapclapclap, STEVE.

Like the old Steed Malbranque chant... but replacing STEED by STEVE ;)

GENIUS!

You could do the old David Nielsen /Ruud Van Nistelrooy/ Drogba song for Morison.

La la la la la la la la la Steven Morison

la la la la la la la la la Steven Morison
