Why does it always boil down to the supporters clubs to do everyones dirty work.  If you dont like something, do something about it rather than hidding behind your keyboard, telling everyone else what to do!

For a start why not join NCISA!

a) I voted against Doncaster and am happy to support protest to facilitate change

b) how do you know I am not a member of NCISA or have enquired about membership?

Really?  So the NCISA organised the Chase out protests and the Worth out protests?  Well I never, you learn something new every day.

I''m sure that the ncisa committee members will get together at some stage to talk about the AGM and what their next step is but the meeting only happened last night so give them some time.

Meanwhile why don''t all non members email Kathy and join which would give them a bigger voice. [:)]

[/quote]Exactly... or organise something else en masse.  Individuals typing onscreen bile achieves precisely nothing.

After meeting posters recently and presumably canvassing their own members, how many questions did NCISA manage to get in last night and what is their reaction to the replies given?

a) Well done, so did I.

b) If you were a member you would have gone to the commitee rather than just start a thread on here. ...and if you have enquired about membership good for you.  I would hope that NCISA''s numbers are rising fast in these difficult times.

However I will as you this.  What do you expect NCISA to do exactly, buy Delia''s shares?  Delia has said the club is up for sale and they have appointed a consultant to find investment, although nobody asked the question I was trying to ask at the agm (sadly time got the better of the night) which was what EXACTLY is the consultants brief (Norfolk money or further afield, whole sale or part) and how do you plan to ensure they are doing what you are (I assume) paying them to do!

I am really not sure what NCISA can do except issue a statement saying they support the sale of the club.

Lucky Nine,

You asked what should be NCISA be doing. Although I am not one of their members, I would personally suggest that they start to increase pressure upon the baord to be accountable for the strategy which they have set. By this I mean the continued prioritisation of investment in non-football activities at the expense of the team. Please be clear that I am not talking in the past tense, this is still continuing. In the face of having a toothless local media, the Board should be placed under greater public pressure to explain the course they have chosen and how they are going to deal with it. It is no use asking to dig deep (as was implied at the AGM) in to their pockets to fund speculative ventures which will ultimately increase the value of shareholders assets - particularly when thoise shareholders are trying to sell these assests at a profit. Equally, it is no use ring fencing supporter generated funds for football invstment as this will simply allow the Board to redirect their existing ear marked football investment in to the non-football direction.

Now you lovely old sweet Lucky Nine, no doubt you are the sweetest sugar coated twix ever and indeed such a lovely old boy but my sweetest darling I don''t hide behind my keyboard, everyone knows where they can find me and they know who I am. Now my treasure I don''t want to join NCISA. Anyhow we have more members on the Free Bet pages and tell me my lovely why would I want to join the Norwich City Independent Smudger Association?[;)]....arrdee.

Oh would he???

I am a member and know several others.... and most of the people I know including myself haven''t got the first clue of how to contact any commitee members (other than maybe online or bumping in to them in the pub on matchdays).

Whoops I tell a lie... there are phone numbers for Tilly and Kathy on the NCISA website.

Posting whatever you have to say on here does put things out to a wider audience though, so I suppose that can only be a good thing given the current circumstances???

I am looking forward to seeing what everybody decides to do next... not just the NCISA.

arrdee - I never said you should join.  What I get a little fed up on here is people calling for NCISA to act on there behalf!  If they are so sure action should be taken, maybe they should stand up and be counted.

...and no I have no idea who you are!

And maybe the fans will take action without anyone acting on their behalf. [;)]

Smudger.  I agree it will be interesting to see where we go next.  I agree posting on here is a good way of expressing your views, however I have I said above, I wish people would stop calling for supporters clubs to act.  They have to consult their members and suprisingly the members often have a much wider veiw than the few of us that post on here.

Why didn''t you attend Lappin then you would have heard the questions [:)] The question we wanted John to ask on our behalf was about her statement at the RNS  and it was asked - see my notes.

As I said before the AGM no-one asks who you are if you go about 15 mins before it starts when the queues form, same happened last year or you could have asked one of the shareholders who weren''t going to let you go in their place as others did [:)]

Smudger - you are right - if people want to contact NCISA look on the website: www.ncisa.co.uk

All the committee''s contact details are there if you want to get in touch with any of us, and you can email direct from the home page. There is a committee meeting next week - when you can be sure that the AGM and follow-up will be on the agenda.

I sent an email some time ago expressing interest in joining and airing my reviews and received nothing by way of reply - there you go.  We all want the best for the club and Im sure I am not alone in thinking that NCISA are a tool to apply pressure to the board.  Delia proclaimed loudly at the point it was her opportunity to tell us what happened.  She neglected to tell us that Cullum wanted to acquire new shares.  NCISA were also not advised of this.  I am of the opinion that action starts here but others obviously have different opinions.  I am keen to hear of the stance of NCISA though and what they think about Delia only giving us half the story.  Im sure Cullum would still be interested in the right set of circumstances

I have sent you a PM - thanks.  By the way for the benefit of all have the main players of NCISA had a chance to get together and consider strategy regarding the way forward.
