Cullum''s offer was absoutely rubbish!!!!!!!!!

She cant just walk away! shes a fan!

Delia Smith has input 12 million in a great number of years.  Cullum is willing to put in 20 million overnight = enough said.  I will believe she is a proper fan if/when she gets round the table with Cullum and thrashes out a deal

Probably in the Premiership instead of looking over our shoulders at division three.

yeah - but if she wanted some dosh - why didn''t she sell-up to the turners asap???  or quit when we got promoted??? or sold at the back-end of last season having just escaped relegation???she could have got all her money or a good part back at all these junctures - delia could even have played cullum off against the turners - saying make me offer, i want to go???the world economy is in depression territory - and so she puts the debt making business up for sale!!! the the mo - regretfully the club is worth jack,,,the smiths are gonna gamble and try and keep city in the champs, then sell next year when they might get £3-5m"!" imo,,,sorry - big thanks to the smiths an all that - but imo- ever since we got promoted they look to have had the midas touch in reverse,,,its a cruel world,,,

Poor attempt at a wind up.

Delia & MWJ''s have put £3.5m into the club via ordinary and B Pref shares and there''s approx. £2m of loans.

Re: How much did Delia pay for hee 42% stake? £700,000

Delia''s & MWJ''s investment in the club

                                                                                                         £k.             £k.
B Preference shares
- 3,025 @ £100 each                                                                                       302.5

Ordinary Shares
02/03 season 77,990 @ £25 each                                           1949.75
03/04 season 8,000 @ £25 each                                               200.0
06/07 season
- loan converted @ £25 each                                                   817.6
06/07 season
- new money @£25 each                                                          270.1           3237.5

New money into the club £3540k

Ordinary shares bought from
Geoffrey Watling
(** note - assumed figure) £1000k ???

06/07 season
- 31/5/07 holding 327,509 (page 13)
31/5/06 holding 281,550 (page 13)
difference 45,959
club issued 43,508
(note 33 page 41)
so I have assumed that Delia & MWJ
acquired 2,451 from others at say £25 each £61.3k

Assumed investment in Ordinary shares £4301k

Investment in B Preference shares £0.3m.

As at 31/5/07 Delia''s & MWJ''s holdings of Ordinary shares was 327,509
If valued at £30 per Ordinary share, those holdings would be valued at £9.8m.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is also approx £2m of loans to NCFC Plc. from Delia & MWJ.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Where are the good experienced strikers?
----------------------------------------
Stagnation/decline with Delia''s NCFC.

Only to point out that in the first ordinary share calculation quoted above I''m pretty certain that £25 times 77,990 is not £1949.75.
Check the column heading Cam it''s £k as per standard accounting practice so the figure is correctly stated as £1949.75 (X £1000)

She hasnt put that into the club Mr Doncaster, most of the money she "put Into" was simply loaned....bit like most of our squad under the "legend"....

I reckcon Cullum has caught a cold in the credit crunch, he''s gone quite.

Dame Delia is a canary legend, she has said she will sell up as soon as a proper offer is received, so let''s wait and see!!

Is the ''Leave it out'' slogan in the letter on the letters page of the paper? Is it sponsored by the Norwich City Council?

The City Council have taken a right old bashing about their recycling blue bins and how they dont communicate / consult with the public (oops council tax / national tax  payers), well thats no surprise!
Yep and a bit like the only ''New'' investment that they managed to bring into the Club in 12 years. The Turners money was only ever just another loan.

Delia & MWJ''s loan as at 31st May 2008 was £198k (note 33 page 36 of the NCFC Plc Annual Report for the year ended 31/5/08).

Note 35 at the foot of page 37 refers to Loans from Directors: ''The club has received further loans from directors of £1.75m since the year end.........''

Presumably the £1.75m is from Delia & MWJ, making the total of their loans just under £1.95m

I''m convinced that She is no better than Chase, and has the same objective as he had. and that was his own bank ballance, Delia will screw this club for what ever she can
