Having read Iwan''s book, it was good to hear that Fleming has now got his own song as sung at the Palace game of "There''s only one F in Fleming". Class! It''s not exactly inspired in the vein of WLY but I hope he likes it!

6 foot 2,
hates the blue,
Damion Francis''s after you
na na na na na na na na naa

Checked height on website, not sure if he has blue eyes so changed the second line, you old boys should remember this being sung to Duncan Forbes!

To the tune of that song that some English fans sing about buying a flute for 50p, the Pope and the IRA....

Adapted from the song we were singing in Portugal about Rooney...

"I saw my mate, the other day,
I said to him we''ve found the ginger pele!
He said to me,well who is he,
so I said to him, his name is "Doc-arty!

Nah na nah nah,
nah na nah naha,
na na na na nah na nah!"

;>D

Perhaps somebody could come up with a simple song sheet for the River End to sing (not too many words though!) just wonder how we can start them off, perhaps send the Fairy up there to conduct them with his wand!

To the tune of wandrin stat (sadly old enough to remember it being sung)

I was born under the Barclay Stand
where boots where made for kicking
and guns were made to shoot
If you come in to the Barclay stand
were gonna put in the boot.

ok I''ll get my coat.

Yeah I remember it as well. Just loved that song as it reverberated round the terracing in the Barclay!
Also liked the red red robin song as well, I''ll bet you can remember that one.
