first time in 6 years!

Recommended Posts

i took my dad for the first time in 6 years to the game yesterday and after 45 minutes he realised all that i hadd been telling him about how poor we are WAS true. at half time he said to me the following things:

1. we rely on huckerby too much

2. who is that crap number 33?

3.earnshaw isnt worth 5 million

and best of all

4. do we have any passion to play?

not bad after 45 minutes but true he doesnt know if he wants to go with me saturday says he would rather carry the bags when my wife and mum go shopping, and who can blame him? ill be trying to persuade him we wont be as bad but i dont know if hell believe me!![:''(]

Don''t expect a well thought out reply to that one Jas - clearly another easily pleased supporter who will just accept the crap we are currently being served, because apparently, "it''s what supporters do"

To be fair i wouldnt call him a bad supporter particularly. I dont think the team deserves much support at the moment, they dont seem te be bothered so why should the fans. If he has better things to do then fine.

Sure we would all love to see us winning 6-0 every week playing like Brazil but it''s Norwich we are talking about here i suggest everyone get a reality check here and stop dreaming we are a mid table championship team nothing more nothing less even if we were playing division 3 football i will still go everthing goes in cycles and no doubt we will have some good days back at carrow road but we have no devine right to be a prem side so get used to it.All your moaning and threat''s about not going next season or the next match won''t help us get back to the prem will it getting small gates will only drag us further down the pan yes i know you demand entertainment every week because you shell out decent money but football has never worked like that it''s not like a film or going to the theatre where you know you will be entertained you lot moan about the board and lack of money i can''t see no knight in shining armour coming over the horizon to rescue us . But no doubt i will be bombarded with blind faith or being a  KTF but i don''t care i can see through all the s*** that is posted on here.

So far barclayendboy, you''ve managed to relate yourself very similarly with what you''ve said to my 12 year old sister, starting to ''grow up''.

It''s the same old ''bully boy'' stuff chucked at those of us who dare express an honest opinion baldyboy. It''s not nice doing it sometimes....but someone has to stand up and get shot at from time to time. Good on ya for that....and I hope you will just let it wash over you and continue to speak your mind.

Regards to your Father from me anyway......and like many others of us here....at least he has seen the real good times at Carrow Road and knows he isn''t missing too much right now!..........[:)]

Barclayendboy - your attitude is typical of a North Walsham person.

I''ve a good mind to make the short trip especially to slap you upside the head.

He he he....poor old barclayendboy. He''s actually feeling as p****d off as the rest of us, but has the ability to stay positive through thick and thin. I can''t really knock that....but it makes the disappointment all the harder to take....

By the way shyster...what''s the attitude of Aylsham folk?  I''m moving there next year..........[:)]
