If the papers can spot a slight distortion on an innocuous photograph, don’t you think they’d be able to spot a rather rubbish body double? It’s probably best not to use Twitter as a news source It's not a film or photo that was released by the Royal Family. It was taken by an onlooker at a garden centre who sold it to the Sun. The Twitter post merely links to their article. The Sun decided to get their own back and make a few quid at the same time. It's always a shock when you get told you have cancer but these days it's not a death sentence. There are lots of new treatments coming on line all the time.
