anyone see Idah's chance in the 6 yard box outstanding save or missed chance ?

It was at the other end, but I think he was central and just outside the six yard box. Headed it down, which took all the pace off the cross and it was a reasonably comfortable save for the keeper.

He probably should have scored, but his all round game was pretty tidy.

Adam Idah will know he shouldn't have given the keeper a chance to produce a good save. But he did put in a good performance. .

The Victory should have been more comfortable. And he will be fit and ready for the weekend. Very pleased for PP. Impressed with young K Fisher.

Hopefully we will have some of our injured players back for the next round

Well done all Canary Fans who travelled last night

Yeah, looked a bad miss on the highlights. Should have buried it. But as you say, looked like he had a decent all-round game. He's clearly going to play a big part this season with the Sarge out for a while. Would still like to see someone else come in, presumably a loan, to give us some options up front.

For someone who supposedly was just fast and perhaps a little brainless Placheta seems to fit very nicely into our build-up play and have a neat touch. Such as the cute backheel that led to Gibbs hitting the bar.

Thought that was Springett?

EDIT: Ah, there were two. Placheta flicked it out of a crowd of three earlier on in the move, Springett did the backward lay-off for Gibbs to hit it.

except being caught offside of course*

Even that was a bit unlucky. He just anticipated the pass from Darwin Núñez being played a bit earlier.
