I think Webber’s done a great job tbh, but I also worry having a guy who is Norwich through and through like Neil is going to create more stagnation long term as it’s not creating thought from a different perspective.

The Socialists don't want to pay EPL wages is the short answer. If you bring in relegated Bundesliga players instead of players who are proven at this level then you are going to get the performances we have seen. NCFC just out of their depth at this level. Should not get promotion ever again.

Who cares where Webber is?  He is ignoring any responsibility that his job description contained. He is marking time, taking the money until the contract runs down. This ship is rudderless, the coaches,  the directors and the owners sleepwalking to another relegation.

I think he cared up to the point where the big jobs were finished like the rebuilding / revamping of the academy. Then he realised maintaining this self funded system in the Premier League was a bridge too far even for his abilities. He’s cooked now and will be off end of season with Adams coming in.
