It looks like he picked just the right time to bail on us, I can''t help but think we''re going to come to regret his departure more and more as this season goes on. Was a good move by McNally to go when he did from his point of view. But it''s awful timing from us fans point of view.

Maybe but more likely McNally and Bowkett had been made aware of Delias vision of the future. After the pair of them had dug her out of the financial mess she had the club in they likely didn''t agree with her vision

I''m not sure I see why the loss of the chief exec would be the cause of our current problems.

There''s lots of theories on here for our plight: loss of motivation in key players; indiscipline in the crucial dm position; poor squad management; lack of fitness; purchase of inappropriate players etc etc but are these failings (if they exist) down to playing staff, management and scouting teams (all of which McNally sanctioned) rather than anything else?

Sure McNally got out at the right time but that''s about as far as I can agree at the moment
