1. New genius idea of a league between League 2 and the Conference, half of which being made up of 10 B teams from premiership clubs. All of the top 6 have supported it, so unsurprisingly so does the FA, even though 95% of football fans outside the top 6 think its an awful idea. What do you think?
2.
I''d give him the summer to train with our lot, see how he does in some friendlies and then if there is room to get him in the team. Loza might be the one next season.
Loza is definitely more likely to feature than Morris. Southend seem to think he''s a decent little player. He could finally give us the pace and agility up front we need!
3. I''d love to see him get a chance next season, seems like a quality player. But i''m guessing by how he''s not been sent on loan suggests he''s not ready for first team football
4. Great post. Good to see I''m not the only one who is more excited by the championship than just another season of struggle in the premiership
5. I''m going to be a bit more pessimistic about how many players we can actually keep. Rudd Martin R Bennett Turner Garrido E Bennett Fox McGeehan Murphy Becchio Loza I can''t see many of our main players staying. Think we''ll be relying a bit on our youth players
6. I''d love to see him back. Done well at a very over-achieving Bournemouth side
7. Sevilla are interested in Tettey, which would be a huge step up for him. Although playing in Spain you run a risk of being racially abused, so he may think twice after seeing what happened yesterday.
8. To the amazing 3''000 fans who somehow managed to sell out our allocation, which is pretty spectacular considering how hopeless our situation is. I really hope the players give you something to shout about. And if the worst does happen... just sing some funny songs about 1p5wich and try to have a fun day out!
9. I think someone forgot to take their pills today...
10.
FAO real fans Today I am starting the campaign to bring this unique city song back.
Good luck sir!
11. You might as well bring something to lighten the mood, or at least give the fans something to play with if they get tired of watching the game!
12. hopefully the cub will learn to not be so stupid in the future. Now that this Nash story has hit the national papers, 90% of the Nash votes are from people who have nothing to do with norwich. Stupidity at its finest
13. This thread just refuses to die... Anyone know what the longest thread is on here ever?
14. Absolutely. The majority of the season we''ve been bloody awful.
15. This season will probably have one of the lowest points tally ever to survive and we couldn''t even manage that. All it would''ve taken is 1 win against fulham, or Cardiff, or west brom. So many wasted chances. No one can say we deserve to stay up.
16. I came across an article on the Mail from about 2 and a half years ago saying how Chelsea and Man U were in a desperate race to sign Ricky. Interesting how his form has dropped so radically this season. It would''ve been interesting if he hadn''t snubbed United or Chelsea to see how he would''ve turned out.
17. watch Shelvey''s wonder goal yesterday. Not for its brilliance , but for the Villa fan behind the goal. As the ball flies towards the away end, this one Villa fan starts jumping up and waving at the Swansea fans to mock such a ridiculous effort on goal. And like something out of a comedy, he slowly turns around and realises that it''s ended up in the net. The look on his face almost compensated for yesterday''s performance...almost
18. Everyone knows it must be racism if two players who have played together since their teens were hanging out in the first team squad, who they probably don''t know that well. Calm down political correctness police.
19. Club won''t do anything until we know where we''ll be next season. If we somehow beat United and Chelsea and miraculously secured survival, they''d probably unveil it in time for the Arsenal match to give it a run-out. If we do go down they''ll probably bring out the new kit in the summer
20. This isn''t really based on anything more than a hunch, but it would make sense. Villa fans from what i''ve seen look completely fed up of Lambert, as they''ve probably got worse since he left us for ''bigger and better things''. And Moyes looks like the kind of manager who does better at clubs where there''s less expectation for trophies. Although Villa fans seem to think they''re the British Bayern Munich who are somehow in the bottom half, so they''ll probably hate him too!
21. That would be a fairytale end to the season! Can''t see it ever happening but it''s nice to dream
22. Adams clearly prefers this diamond formation, with Snoddy behind the strikers with Redmond providing pace up front for Hooper/ RVW. And it certainly gives us more of an attacking edge. It was fine against Fulham because after they scored they parked the bus. But at times against Liverpool it was almost suicidal, as shown in the first 11 minutes. Should we be more conservative and maybe go 4-4-1-1, or just stick with it and make United change to our style of play? I''m not even sure myself!
23. I think they must''ve seen Fulham have a similar size banner last week and thought it might improve the atmosphere somehow. You could tell it was the first time using at as 1 side got stuck about half way up the stand so you couldn''t even read it! hahaha but i''m still a fan of it
24. I agree except swap Tettey for Johnson. His work rate and commitment is fantastic, and just what we need against United. You could see how gutted he was after the game that his 1 mistake had cost us. It wouldn''t do his confidence any favours to drop him
25. The best game of my life. I remember the guy next to me nearly getting his 6 year old boy to pitch invade after we scored the 5th! I don''t think i''ll ever see a game better than that
