    First game aged five with a wooden box to get knocked off and never looked back. I went to every home game I could as a kid and as a season ticket holder until I spread my wings. My late dad was on first name terms with Delia. Always loved the club and cannot change now I live in lovely Bristol. City and Rovers are just not the same. My young boys have chosen our lot over anyone else too which is odd!

    Good question. I think that keeping the players that we have is a good indicator that there is not a desperate rush for the door, that we offloaded people that were always going to leave and could attract those who were wanted by other clubs. The improved form of Naismith changed my view of the window as well.

    Brady and Olsson wanted out since the summer. Canos was a strange one. The left side is sorted and we have youth coming through as well. I am glad we kept our first team. There was a danger that we could lose the Murphy''s, klose, naismith et al.

    I heard that he is being lined up as a CB. That''s fine as a modern CB needs to be able to play out as well as block. Either way it is good news.

    Better Brady than Whittaker I suppose. I am glad that Wes is starting. It looks attacking on paper. Using Martin and Klose together will hopefully close the space better and release quicker.
