1.

You will need help if you park in Thetford. It is a dirty hole where you are more than likely to lose your wheels. I would rather park in Kabul, much safer
That''s strange,I''ve lived in Thetford nearly all my life and never lost a wheel yet!  Idiot.[:@]
The only problem with the town is the center desperately needs redevelopment. Woolies was the only shop worth going in now it''s all charity shops.
 2.
for reasons I won,t go into I will need to travel from thetford  to tomorrows game, it is almost 40 years since I was on Thetford Station, what is the parking like on a saturday ? Any help apreciated
I''m sure there was something interesting in the post but for some reason i couldn''t get past the avatar!
 3.

Leeds. They don''t belong down in this league. I want Southampton back up as soon as possible as well. I know it''s old thinking and maybe a bit sentimental but I hate to see clubs like us down in the lower leagues of English football. Colchester can stay at their level thanks.
Clubs like Leeds and Southampton are playing in this division because thats where they DESERVE to be....History has noting to do with it,you are only as good as the league you are playing in......
2 completely different arguments. we do deserve to be here for the financial implosion. our club doesn''t belong here though, and tbf neither does norwich. you on the other hand!!
Yes we are a small club with a small fan base but thats not the point you got relegated because you finished in the BOTTOM THREE of the championship. But your arguement is typical of what you expect from a arrogant Leeds fan. YOU BELONG HERE BECAUSE YOU ARE A THIRD DIVISION SIDE END OF.......
Nail on head! Can''t stand this attitude of once we were a fairly big team so that''s where we should always be. You are only as good as your current side and i think it will be a Norwich, Col U top 2.
 4.
though i agree you have better support than us.
They have better attendances playing at a higher level but those "fans" won''t slum it in the lower leagues! How is that better support? Sounds like glory hunting to me.
 5.
Ok then lets take the pundits view.....out of 6 pundits on different channels last night only ONE agreed with Wenger......make of that what you will.
As per normal they are talking out of their arse! The ref basically gave Porto a goal. Quick free kicks outside the area while the wall is setting up is completely different than giving a player a free shot one on one and blocking any attempt to defend. I will be amazed if he refs a high profile game again.
 6. I can''t believe some people are saying it was ok! I think it''s fair to say if it had happened to us we would be fuming The fact that the ref blocked Campbell from the ball was laughable, How can it possibly be a fair goal?.
 7.
At the end of the day, who cares about Leeds? It''s Charlton and Colchester I care about. I don''t care whether we go up as first or second.
Agreed. There are 2 sides that are head and shoulders above the rest of the league and both will go up. Though the battle for 1st will keep it interesting and it will go to the wire.
 8.

Me too. Though i just don''t get the Facebook thing! My missus set it up for me without me knowing!
Why would she do that? I reckon she''s having an affair mate.
Lol maybe! I prob should of said she set it up for me without me wanting it rather than knowing.
 9. Me too. Though i just don''t get the Facebook thing! My missus set it up for me without me knowing!
 10. 15 minutes to go Leeds drawing 0-0 us losing 1-0 and it''s looking desperate. In the blink of an eye we score 1-1 and Leeds fall behind 1-0. Then another City goal 2-1 up and the tables have turned now it''s Leeds that are desperate, but manage to draw level with the last kick of the game. Fantastic stuff, no other game can get the emotions going in the same way and it''s why we always come back for more!
 11. He will only come on when it suits him. If they win midweek expect to see him!
 12.
The diamond is definitely damaged.  Does Lambert have the nous to find a solution?[:^)]
Think we are about to find out. Lappin for Mcnamee for me. 4 4 2.
 13. Sounds poor and we seem vulnerable on the break to LuaLua''s pace. Think we should go 4 4 2 and take Lappin off for Mcnamee. Smith and Russell center Wes and Mc wide.
 14.

Nelson ... what a liability [;)]
The same Nelson who cleared one off the line to prevent us going 2-0 down? Don''t forget his partner in crime here will you?
Think he was being sarcastic to the people that say that.
 15.
good goal-line clearance by rose *phew*
Was Nelson
 16.

planning on bringing the cars down to carrow road and maybe living in norfolk for the rest of my life , strange quote for someone who maybe would not rule it out . lotus cars and norwich ,this could be a match made in heaven. strong connections anyway , makes perfect sense
Call me chuffing quackers here SC, but I believe we are already talking to him!
I think we are. In the interview he says he has never been to Carrow Road then in the next breath says he watched the Hartlepool game.
 17. Just sound like more David Sullivan verbal diarrhea.
 18.
or alternatively; http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/n/norwich/8513654.stm where he says he''s happy to work along side Norwich and may take a look in the future. Funny how people can take different views from a few words
Listening to that i wouldn''t rule it out. Liked the comment " I''ve never been to Carrow Road, I watched them the other day playing Hartlepool" How does that work then?
 19.

I know its a little bit off topic but does anyone know how bad this guy actually is? Obviously we have all seen the 7-1 highlights and that was honestly one of the worst performances I have seen from a professional keeper. But is he usually that bad? Just wondering if anyone has watched training or the reserve games in which he has played in. Obviously I dont want him anywhere near the first team picture because we have three excellent goalkeepers at the club who need football but surely a conference national or conference north/south team would take him on loan for a bit?
I can''t imagine anyone would want to pay his wages. In fairness to Theoklitos, it''s not his fault Gunn chose to single him out and convice him to move him and his family over here. If I were in his position, I''d probably wait to get my contract paid up too.
As Pete said earlier in this thread, not so much Gunn''s fault as Crooks. Gunn''s mistake was to listen to Crook''s recommendation and play Theo ahead of Alnwick against Colchester, and the rest of course is history. I prefer to remember Gunn for bringing us Holt, Askou, Hughes and, indeed, Nelson but, yes, his one big mistake was listening to and acting upon the advice of his close friend who ironically is still at the club.
Lol! As manager it was Gunn who had the final say as to who he signed. If what you are saying was true he signed him without watching him play or scouting reports? Just on 1 recomendation! No wonder he got sacked!
 20.
Apologies if already discussed. With doom looming for these 3 clubs, should they be given more time to pay the debts? I can''t help thinking that if another company (not in the public eye or anything to do with football) had the same situation they would not get extra time or anything to pay such debts, hence going into administration. I know at this stage we do not know the outcome of the hearings, but I would appreciate others views on this.
All i know is Kings Lynn are no more but then again no one outside East Anglia would care about that!
 21.

If anyone does decide to go I''d check before you travel, just looked out the window and its honking down with snow here in NR1!
Jeez,...you''re not joking! it''s a blizzard
Is it that bad? Live 20 miles away no snow here. Will club car park be open to park in?
 22. Great it beats sitting around in the house!
 23. Any idea how much it is to pay at gate?
