1. I don''t understand what people expect from him, he''s only 20, the Murphy brothers are good so when another youngster is ahead of them you know he''s got talent. No one progressed under Hughton so it''s given that Redmond stayed at the same level as when we bought him, I expect him to progress this year and will be even better than he is now. Funny how every one loves wes when Redmond looses the ball far less and even his poor final ball which Is about the same as Wesley''s constant pathetic short corners and free kicks - not one of them worked last night and yet he done it every time very very annoying!
2. Need to keep things tight at the back straight from the off, keep pressure on them as to not allow them to build any attacking momentum. I feel our strike force this season is already breaking in well with the rest of the team and goals are already finding themselves so if we manage to do the above the result will follow.
3. I was at the game yesterday and the first 15 minuets (when these posts where posted) I would have agreed 100% thankfully we pulled it together and got a great result. People are entitled to thier opinion if you don''t like no big deal doesn''t mean they are troll, just because people arnt happy with the way the team were playing means thier a troll

According to Mcnally we will be £7m in debt by the end of the season, snoddy money was already spent on lafferty & Grabban. £8m for fer will leave us £1m plus the £1m for pilks and however much we get for surman so maybe £3m to spend what''s that gonna buy? We are desperate for a couple of CB''s and now 2 midfielders.
I think that you will find Grabban and Lafferty were bought early so they will appear in last years accounts, as Wolf was purchased from the previous years money.(no point in paying corporation tax if you don''t need to!). We had money not spent from the Jan transfer budget plus the final placings money from the Prem. Therefore ALL the money from transfers so far, I would suggest is available IF WANTED. ( or allowed) The main difference in relegation this time is that we came down with NO external debt and possibly,if they did as they stated they would, no internal debt. That does somewhat remove the normal pressure that comes with relegation. Adams does not have control over transfers, if you remember, it was stated that the new committee chaired by McNally would decide who we sold and who we bought (subject to the managers recomendations ) That puts the decisions firmly in the hands of the finance man (who''s peformance bonus relies on profit)
I''m just stating why was told during staff meeting.
5. Again, we have Blackburn first don''t worry about the scum makes us look as tin pot as them

7. We need to strengthen the defence a lot and we still haven''t which is a concern fingers crossed we bring in some players before window closes
8. Genuinely gutted how to ruin a good day, I don''t care about the money I care about us getting promoted
9. Ok guys I''ll now down to your unrivled knowledge I was clearly delusional.
10. His runs storming from the half way line and beyond to come back and make perfectly timed tackles in our half was brilliant! Super kyle Norwich''s number 9
11. I''m It making it up I was sat in the lower Barclay block C 2 rows up from me their where guys booing him and also in blocks A-B from the back were booing him every time he was in the ball joining in with the Watford fans. Our "fans" our becoming embarrassing, racist behaviour at wolves, aswell as the racial abuse towards one of our own players family''s and now booing a very talented player because no one is in the box!
12. I''m sitting in the Barclay and can hear our fans booing him
13. Why the f@&k are we booing our own players and not only our own players a player that is right in the thick of the action. Who else are we going to play down RW?! I agree Redmond''s final ball is lacking at times but so far this half he has put some good crosses is with players not quite getting in the end to no fault of Redmond, his passing play is a damn site better than most of players on the pitch, he looses the ball far less then Hoolahan yet I don''t hear any one booing him as people seem to think the sun shines out of his @rse
14. Yea this attractive football plan then fell flat on its backside in a couple of minuets of football..
15.
How can a MANAGER from league one or two be a tremendous risk, But a radio presenter be a good choice? He''d never managed before he took over last season, he was useless when he did, and we gave him the job after scouring Europe supposedly. I''m even starting to wonder if a Colchester style humping might be the best thing for the club at the weekend, I''ve NEVER wanted us to lose a match before, or even contemplated it. That is how this sorry situation has me feeling. As has been said elsewhere we needed a new manager with a fresh perspective, but we''ve just got a continuation from the last five games of last season. I hope all the give him time brigade realise we''ve only scored in ONE game under adams, that''s five games with no goals out of six. That''s just ridiculous. Give me strength.
I agree, Remember lets give Hughton time? yea that worked out great..
16.
Getting back to the issue of pressing, it must be asked what type of pressing you wish to play. Someone like Roy Hodgson, for example, encourages his players to sit deep and in shape until the opposition are within 30 yards of goal. When the opposition are within 30 yards, his sides press aggressively, looking to deny the opponent time on the ball. Barcelona play (or should it be played?) a 5 second press, where everyone presses aggressively for 5 seconds after losing the ball before retreating into their defensive shape. A team like Borussia Dortmund under Klopp, Southampton under Pochettino or any club managed by Bielsa will press very aggressively, all the way up the pitch, for the entirety of the game.
we appear to be trying to adopt the Roy Hodgson version and failing, i want to see us press for the ball higher up the park i.e in midfield with the defense pushing higher up ready to get a tackle in and not allowing the attackers to just come at us and we then track back, now i realize that this could then cause problems with players having to track back if a player gives him the slip but i think in the long run i feel this would be a better style of play.
17.

I would be more inclined (as opposed to not being inclined at all) to believe I was wrong if you had gone on to name a few of these supposedly better and available managers.
Well, just for starters, Purple, and only turning our attention to candidates from England, never mind the four corners of the continent....., name any name of several successful managers from the lower reaches of last seasons Champ (eg Eddie Howe, Uwe Rosler), Lge One (eg Steve Evans ,Russell Slade), Lge Two (eg Gareth Ainsworth). All presumably available , but at the right price?I seem to remember that , not long ago, an appointment was made of a little known but experienced lower league manager that worked out rather well. Can''t for the life remember where it was though.........
Thanks for proving my point. You have not named one manager who is obviously better AND available. Why would Rosler (who I think will make a Premier League manager) move sideways from Wigan to us? And why would Howe, about whom I am less certain? And any manager from League One or Two would be a tremendous risk. Russell Slade? Did you look at his record before recommending him?
So you think Adams is better than all managers listed above? If that''s the case then I think you are very much in the minority. Also the fact that Neil Lennon who had even said himself if Norwich had of approached him he probably would have taken the job would have been 10x better appointment then Adams I''m afraid
18. You often see clubs apparently bidding for players and never hear about it ever again, the club won''t and don''t have to announce weather they have rejected or accepted a bid for a player and we rarely hear about it if they do.
19. No of course not their are situations where patience is very much needed but i would say 90% of the game we just seem to stand off the opposition no matter where they are, wolves goal is a prime example if we had bothered to close down the winger instead of hopelessly running back with him we would have stopes the cross going in.
20. I feel that over the last 2-3 seasons don''t press and win the ball, we seem to be sticking to zonal marking rather than man marking and never really trying to get a foot in to a tackle but appear to stand off the man on the ball and wait for him to make the first move. This is a big pet hate of mine and if you look at the clubs that do well pressing and really putting the attacking team under pressure is a big part of success, Southampton last season was a team that did this so well and got the rewards. I remember watching them play united and man city when they drew 1-1 and they constantly closed them down and didn''t let them build up attacking steam. I don''t understand our philosophy and hope it changes and we truly get stuck in.
21. Agree, the board needs a big shake up. Delia would have been the instigator in the Adams and co employment with "he''s such a nice guy" and "we know him well he''s our freind" being her only argument in hiring him as our manager. The inability of using thier head in footballing decisions instead of thier heart is what is going to cost this club once again.
Ruddy 8 - our only decent playerWhittaker 4 - not up to itMartin 3 - not a CBTurner 4 - good at fouling but little elseOllson 2 - worst game in a City shirt & lost his ragBennett 3 - anonymous & disappointing Johnson 3 - did he actually play?Hoolahan 4 - new contract, assured future, why botherSurman 3 - anonymousGrabban 3 - RVW Mark 2Redmond 1 - out of his depthLafferty 4 - looked mildly interestedTettey 4 - wrong substituionGarrido 2 - looked shaky & off the pace All I wanted was honesty - an honest attempt to win the game, an honest attempt to score goals, an honest change in attitude and intent, honest performances from all the players and an honest assessment from the Manager on the outcome of the game.In reality I got none of that.So much for all the talk about "hit the ground running", "making a mission statement" or "playing the Norwich way"The reality is that I was watching a Hughton team with Hughton aspirations
This! Watching that yesterday was if last season had never finished and that Hughton was still in charge but instead we got beat by a league one side
23. It wasn''t jut one bloke, Their where a row of wanna be hard boys directly behind us who a. Where looking for a fight with our own fans and b. constantly making racial remarks This is not the NCFC way shouldn''t be aloud any where near a game
