google expat shield and download it for free, It then gives you a UK ip address so you can watch BBC iplayer. I am sure thats the only free VPN that uses UK ip addresses

If you google expatshield and download it when its running your IP address will be based in the UK and you will be able to log onto the BBC iplayer and watch it live. Its free and i use it all the time so feel free to message me should you have any further questions. Good luck   Macca

I use Witopia for a vpn and tunnel through to a UK server and from there i watch everything on Iplayer or filmon for live uk streaming tv, Lucky that ITV shows Anglia News so you get to see the Norwich goals. For the Premier League i use admcsport.com that gives you all the live games (Even 3pm Sat games) for $72 a year. (You wont need a VPN for this one).
