What will the Final Table look like???
YellowOne1 replied to Smudger's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Burnley are getting spanked quite a lot recently , Millwall and Ipswich won comfortably at Turf Moor so you would expect Cardiff to if auto promotion was riding on it. -
3 wins & a draw could still be enough

Cardiff or Reading for 2nd , both have far easier fixtures than us . Forest and Scum will both be desperate to turn us over . -
Forest winning tonight now means they come to Carrow Road Friday right back in the play off picture , going to be very hard to beat.
-
Cardiff are the main worry as Swansea are weak away from home 10 defeats already. If Cardiff get their act together they do have the fixtures to overhaul us . Its still very close and could be one point separating 3 teams Saturday night . Some on here are acting like we are already up and you just get the feeling its all a little premature .
-
Maynard will do it with ease and missed more than half a season , Martin has not been out injured for half a season , half the time he has been sat on the bench because the manager dropped him for poor form . Chris Martin is no Championship class striker , league 1 is his level .
-
Lambert said he had made hundreds of phone calls , and if we offered £1.5 million for Mackail Smith with another million in add ons i would say yes we are very desperate . Martin was not injured for most of the season and was failing to score , to think he will be the answer could see us miss out on auto . I would agree with Rosenior on the FLS if we dont get a goalscorer in this week we will have to make do with the play offs .
-
Makes you wonder why Lambert has been trying non stop to bring in a striker , maybe some of you should let him know how good Super 4 goals Chrissy Martin is he could save on his phone bill .
-
I still think Cardiff are the side that will finish 2nd , Norwich and Swansea have too many games where points will possibly be lost.
-
Mackail-Smith - what price?

Fry has said we have missed out and they would not sell him to us now for £5 million. -
Hull v Norwich match thread.

Still fancy Cardiff , their run in is by far the easiest -
NEW SIGNING FOR NORWICH...

Because it says the offer is nowhere near and we have heard that a few times before. How much could they want for him ? Charlie Austin was the biggest name forward in that division and he went for around £1.8 - 2 million so you would think any bid of around £2million would get him .Knowing Norwich they have bid something silly like £800,000 .
Why do people like you actually bother trying to ''contribute'' when you can''t even read up a little bit about the point in hand? Dion said the offer (and remember he got the information from a reliable source at London Road) was in the region of 2.5 to 3 million pounds. The Mirror also broke the story just before Dion announced it, presumably they had been fed the information from the same reliable source. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Norwich-transfer-news-Canaries-look-set-to-land-Peterborough-striker-Craig-Mackail-Smith-in-a-deal-worth-up-to-3million-article713869.html
You actually believe Dion had a source , why do you bother to contribute ? clearly from what Macnally says Dion knew sod all probably read the Mirror rubbish online and thought he would come over the big man on tv . -

Reading that it sounds as if we have made our usual derisory offer . -

Few rumours begining to spring up about him tonight on one or two other Norwich messageboards . Always did think his injury was very suspicious.
Why make stuff up ?He is injured, fact, end of.
I dont post on Vital Norwich so fail to see how i have made anything up . I found the thread interesting as i have never believed the injury story from the start. If you wish to believe he is injured then thats your choice.
