Not really sure how anyone can objectively say what has or hasn''t gone on between Ruddy and the other individual unless they were there. Without trying to be all dreary about the academy, surely its principle role is to produce players that can regularly play first-team football for Norwich. Leicester and Southampton have owners who combined are worth more than 1000x Delia Smith. We are bottom of the Premier League rich list table on about £20m, while they occupy 7th and 8th with roughly £2.5b and £1.8m, I believe.
