1. The Championship will always be strong, good clubs coming from the premiership and the league 1. Mk Dons are on a big wobble at the moment and may not come up though. We can talk about all that in 7 games time though we need to concentrate on this season first
2. Whilst the additional cash may help the short notice changes of dates is often irritating. On apersonnal basis i am pissed off as i have arranged to go abroad from Sunday to Thursday originally planned so i took in the last home game of the season which i will miss now and as a season ticket holder will have paid for. I wonder if others will miss the game for simular reasons?
3. I think he will be agood addition the the squad in the closing stages of the season. He will not come cheap he is ahigh wage earner and Palace have been keen to off load him for a while
4. Of course there are many more twists in this relegation dogfight between now and the end of the season. saturday was agreat day, a win and otherresults going the right way. The last 24 hours have not been good. barnsley win after being behind then the bitter news that Hoolahan is out for the rest of the season. This with Russels 2 game suspension suddenly makes us pretty weak in midfield. It could turn to our advantage in a twisted way as we will struggle to put out a defensive formation and must go on the attack, what about a couple of wingers starting on saturday and now Pattison and Fotheringham must both be involved in the squad love them or hate them
5. Football is always full of surprises a few new faces and McDonald and Gow up front together could be a big it., on the other hand  they could also fade and die, but i dont think so
6. Plymouth are very dangerous opponents and need the points as well. a month ago they could not buy a win but now are picking up good results on a regular basis a bit like Southampton.
7. 49 and a better goal difference to the others would most probably be enough but this is a strange season with points accross the division spread about alot more . I would not like to predict where the points come from look at the last 2 games 3 points but beforehand most would have said 3 against blackpool and non against cardiff
8. I for one will be sorry to see him go though i guess he has had a major strop.
9.
Don''t you believe it would be different in League One. It would be much easier to get another 5 wins this season than to get at least 25 wins next season.
I totally agree with you, but with this team the chance of 5 wins is very improbable. We have taken about 9 points from our last 9 fixtures so if we repeat that strike rate we will be about 45 which will be well short

12. I think it would be interesting if competent memners of the supporters[ there will be many with business experience] were allowed to go through the books i think there would be some toxic debts, nasty surprises and some dubious payments discovered
13. Disagree just get amanager at league 1/championship level who has got a track record of getting sides promoted. Look at the Doncasetr guy, and what about Steve Tilson at Southend, always does well on  a shoestring
14. A half decent championship manager should not be on more than £2 to 300,000 ayear and the other back room boys on a lot less than that, that should only come to @ £1m ish. I do think we will have been paying over the odds until Gunny and crew took charge, he will be on pea nuts especially if linked to win bonuses
15. Because sadley i cannot. Both very simular, no fight, no class and no hope. It may be different next season though in league 1 when we will both be big fish in a sea of 5000 crowds at away games
16. Not too confident of wins in any of those fixtures, Plymouth have picked up a lot since a month ago, the owls are always hard and get lots of points on the road and watford though poor are grinding out results. I still think the Charlton game will just be to decide who gets the wooden spoon
17. I dont differentiate between the regulars and loans. Half the loans have been crap, injured or not picked the other half Lita apart this season ordinary. The regulars for the main have been the same
18. I enjoy the night out , it just depresses you for the rest of the week
19. If that is the case then it is little short of disgusting £ 4.5 million in salaries to non players. We are either being run by total idiots or as i suspected somewhat the club is being "milked" by a few people who are hiding behind harsh economic realities and all that crap. Total and utter clearout needed from top to bottom
20. I make no allegations here merley ask the  question, does anyone know what it costs us to services the charges mage by the board, Doncaster and the rest of the management crew. Over the years i have also had an interest in Carlisle Utd where we have family. At one point they were headed by a chap by the name of Knighton, who in effect took them into the Conference. He was initially badged up as a benefactor but it was later discovered that the club was paying him significant levels of interest on his loans and he sold off the family silver when he wanted cash out of the club. As i say i only ask the question. I cannot for the life of me get my head around nearly a £9 million wage bill at Norwich, particularly now Huckerby and Dublin have gone. This must be  about double what Burnley, Preston  and Bristol city are paying. With our small  and inadequate squad this does not add up which makes me ask where is the cash going? and where has it gone in the past
21. All of the blame for our predicament lays with this board. They a abunch of caring individuals who have displayeda track record of a total inability to to the basics in terms of picking competent management teams, developing youth and all that flows such as the constant player and managerial merry go round. No one can convince me that the likes of Burnley, Preston, Bristol City, Cardiff and more who operate on half our supporter base, yet be successful when we are so dire unless it is rotten and incompetent at the top
22. We may be pleasantly surprised, i suspect not though, i would not put money on it. If we lose then i think this week will be a defining one and there will be an outpouring of anger and criticism of the Board and possibly even the current management team. The latter would be a shame but they have to be fair been pretty ineffective  and amaturish which is what they are
23. No where, which was always going to happen. he is a class act but he and his agent clearly have settled on a Bosman at the end of the season when he will be able to secure a luctrative contract in the championship or lower reaches of the premiership, probably with a newly promoted team. So far as Norwich is concerned we can forget him this season and beyond, it was nice while it lasted but as with Ched it was a cameo that was never  going to last
24. There is more Joy around in the ranks of Bank shareholders than Norwich City supporters at the moment. The posts mine included tend to reflect the doom despair and turmoil that the club is in at the moment. Still we canput that to one side until after the game tonight. Not much is expected but history shows we often deliver in such circumstances. a welcome win tonight could keep the escape alive, at least for afew more weeks whilst a defeat inreality regardless of what other people do ineffect spells the end in the  absence of a  West Ham or  Houdinie type escape over the last 8 games after this
