    I can only believe that they have had a stellar few days in training and he has finally worked his very best team. 3 -0 to us!!!

    She really doesn't get it does she. Ridiculing the club's supporters who spend very good money to support THEIR team, not hers and saying 20% are the problem. And Attanasio's constant joker like grin really masks his ability to show any cringing at her comments as well. It gets worse.

    At some stage there will be a sit down to discuss the contract and a renewal and an increase in money and the idea of making it a fixed 2 or 3 or 4 year contract (heaven forbid!) Needs to go now before Delia rings him up and offers him a long term contract!

    I was hoping Barnes would be the catalyst to an improvement in Idah. So far, there is no noticeable evidence that Idah is progressing or that Barnes has had any impact!

    A big task Indy. And not cheap to implement. Think of all the agents rubbing their hands with glee and an added expense that we really can't afford. For example, a loan for Idah would probably cost more in the long run than just to keep him here. And selling him would be hard unless a big sell on was negotiated ( by his agent!) How have we come to this incredible dilemma?

    But if a new manager comes in, who will haver the biggest influence on him? Knapper; who might have already asked for more time for him and Wagner. Delia; still too big an influence on the club. Attanasio; no idea what he is doing. If he is playing the long game and is very patient, he is probably just happy taking the returns on his loans. We are stuffed.

    As usual I'll be disappointed if we lose but have no idea what will happen. And my name isn't Wagner.

    I think this season's objective will be; 1 write off promotion. 2 consolidate. Get points even if it calls for solid unattractive football until the middle of January by which time a full appraisal of everyone on our books will take place. 3 no signings 4 a gradual switch in style to what is agreed between Knapper and the manager( Wagner or ?) 5 Last 8 games, implement the agreed style which will set us up for next season. 6 Get rid of/recruit players for new system. Simples!

    I think that's a fair assessment. So many players have not kicked on and he has been here a year(?). Some players might sing his praises but today, a slight improvement in defense came at the expense of creativity elsewhere.
