NCFC needs a ruthless striker and front row. Do we need to hire some of our great ex NCFC' strikers and front row men to coach our current guys? Cause at the moment, NCFC isn't scoring goals. NCFC could've won the last several games if NCFC had an in-form and front row with confidence. You'll get confidence by scoring goals and being coached by some of the best in the business to learn their tricks of the trade will give them the confidence to score the much-needed goals and points to survive.

Practice taking thousands of long throws at the training ground. So when NCFC is awarded a throw-in in an area near the corner flag on match day, our player can lob the ball as far as possible towards the opposition goal, just like a corner but more accurate and use it as a killer set-piece. (try different scenarios to score goals) -

How many substitutes have scored this season and changed the game and won? Of course, it could go the other way, but it's worth a go. Be brave. -

Taking the team from on the way to inevitable relegation to a comfortable survival. Plus, to put that on your football managerial career CV, surely that must be attractive for any big-name coach with a big character to come to Carrow Road. -

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/norwich-city Fans remember Farke - and discuss who's next Daniel Farke’s time as Norwich City head coach is being fondly remembered by Canaries fans. Ultimately one win in 21 Premier League games cost him his job. Farke was always keen to point out that, sandwiched in the middle of that winless run, he had inspired a record-breaking Championship title. The style with which his teams achieved promotions in 2019 and 2021 has assured Farke of a place in the club’s folklore. Supporters have been sharing their favourite moments on BBC Radio Norfolk and also giving their views on who should be next in the Norwich City hot seat. Kjetil Knutsen, who is currently in charge of Norway’s Bodo Glimt is the odds-on favourite. Frank Lampard has also been linked. Auf wiedersehen, Daniel - and thank you What could be more Norwich City than winning your first Premier League game in 20 attempts and then sacking your manager before the adrenalin has even stopped pumping? We can argue all day (and we have) about the brutality of Daniel Farke’s dismissal in terms of its timing, but City’s sporting director, Stuart Webber acted because, after considerable soul-searching, he concluded that Farke appeared unlikely to keep us in the Premier League. It was a decision based on 10 games and a scrappy but vital 2-1 win at Brentford was never going to be a good enough reason to alter that view. I tend to agree. While two Championship titles in the space of three seasons proved conclusively that Farke had absolutely nailed how to be successful in the second-tier – all while playing some of the most attractive football us City fans had ever seen – his record in the Premier League tells its own story. The philosophy was essentially pass, pass, pass and while we could do it for fun against technically inferior opponents in the Championship, in the Prem, against better players, we were rarely able to out-pass anyone. While our struggle has been multi-faceted, that particular dilemma remained at its core. But we’ve parted company, for all the right reasons with a good man, a decent man, one who even under the most extreme pressure still managed to exude calmness and class. And when the football was good, it was really really good. Auf wiedersehen, Daniel. And thank you. Farewell Farke and mixed emotions for City fans On one hand Daniel Farke had gone 20 Premier League games without a win. On the other he had guided Norwich City to two pulsating Championship titles and many memorable moments. The German was able to celebrate one final victory with the City supporters at Brentford on Saturday. He didn’t know it as he shared the joy of the 2-1 win with the travelling fans but it was to be his last action as the club’s head coach. The decision had already been made by the club’s board after a poor return of two points from the opening 10 Premier League matches. Many supporters had started to lose faith in Farke’s ability to inspire a serious survival battle but that doesn’t mean they are not sad to see him go. A swashbuckling and unexpected promotion in 2018-19 led to a famous Premier League win over Manchester City at Carrow Road. Last season they won the Championship again, amassing a club record 97 points. Many fans say that success helped to keep their spirits up during lockdown. Few managers are applauded when they finally leave a club. Farke’s departure feels more like the loss of a favourite player than a head coach. There is a consensus that the time was right but that it shouldn’t tarnish his many achievements during four and a half years in charge at Carrow Road.

It would be the most unforgettable Premier League story ever told if somebody became NCFC new head coach (even possibly working with Farke), taking the team from on the way to inevitable relegation to a comfortable survival. Plus, to put on your football managerial career CV, surely that must be attractive for any big-name coach with a big character to come to Carrow Road.
