  1. I''d wager that RvW will never be a regular scorer and will soon be a forgotten man (if he isn''t already). The fact is that after 3 years, 3 clubs, 5 managers and 3 different leagues he still fails to perform.
  2. I''d probably get off your moral ground. You, grefstad, also regularly attack posters and have pot shots at fellow posters (for example see directly above).Your ''informative'' posts contain useless and contradictory stats. As the saying goes, you can make stats say whatever you want to if you''re clever enough (although unfortunately you''re not).If your brief is to be negative and attack everything about our club then you''re winning. Maybe you should choose to support Arsenal or Manchester City if you want to see a consistently good Premier League side.
  3. I think you''re onto something here. When you struggle to keep clean sheets this will add extra pressure to the attackers to get goals, for example.
  4. I get the feeling that if Rudd continues his decent form and make the number one shirt his own, that JR will be offloaded, probably by his own desire for first team football, in the future. Maybe he just needs a new challenge to reinvigorate his career and regain his confidence.
  5. Good for the lad but no relevance to us on the playing side of things as it''s highly unlikely he''ll play for us again. I don''t see anything in him that would make him effective him in the Premier League, as I assume Alex Neil thought also. Hopefully he can score a few goals to maybe persuade a club to take him off our hands permanently. We won''t get anywhere near what we paid for him, but at least it would free up some wages.
  6. Just can''t see it happening, ever. Personally I think he''s got the ability to play for a top 8 club. If I was him I''d be aiming higher than us.
  7. I think we need some stats to prove that grefstad is a cunt.
  8. This is an absolute non-story. Ruddy was wrong to retaliate, but will be dealt with by the Club and it will be put to bed.John Ruddy being involved in a scrap will have no bearing on Norwich City''s season whatsoever.
  9. It''s very rare that you actually need 40 points to stay up anyway. I''m sure some of the stattos on this site can back this claim up.
  10. It''s mainly the lot that don''t go to the games and sit on their a rses watching the games on Radio Norfolk who complain. All the season ticket holders I know are sensible and are still optimistic about our chances.Guaranteed, as soon as we start doing well these moaning ''fans'' will be nowhere to be seen.
  11. Prince of Darkness is a genuine Norwich supporter. He''s on the wind up a bit on here but I actually find him mildly amusing
  12. In fairness you know nothing about me Grefstad and I''m not the only one you''ve labelled a "happy clapper". I''m far from it, I just don''t see the necessity in critising Grabban when he had a decent game, and scored a goal in a very good performance against one of the best teams in Europe.
  13. Things must be miserable in Scandinavia this time of year for you to constantly barrage the forum with such negativity. Cheer up ffs
  14. Totally agree with LDC on this one. Going to the game doesn''t give the divine right to act like a total tool. The negativity and moaning about Grabban''s inclusion, both before and even by some after the game, was embarrassing from some. Would love to have seen their faces when he stuck away the equaliser.
  15. Wiz still living in the 1990s there. Give it twenty years and he''ll realise Alex Neil is in charge, and it will probably stay that way for the foreseeable future. Next up for you Wiz is the 2000s where you''ll get to enjoy Glen Roeder, Peter Grant and Bryan Gunn''s successful reigns.
  16. That''s exactly my opinion Dead Canary. It''s the opinion I have, though you probably put it more eloquently. His Euro 2016 aside, he''s been an average player at a lower level.
  17. * the Turkish club was top tier but who really cares
  18. Lafferty is an average striker with an average goal scoring record for many average teams in many average leagues. Neil Adams nor Alex Neil saw nothing in him to pick him up front in the Championship last season (he was then shipped out to a mediocre Turkish second tier side and got 2 in 14). Cameron Jerome had an excellent season with over 20 goals meanwhile. Kyle Lafferty is an OK player but Jerome and Mbokani are better, and in reality Grabban probably is too (as his goal record last season proved). And forget all this guff about him being played out of position on the left - if our two managers who he''s worked with thought he was a better option up front they would have played him there. He''ll be gone in January anyway.
  19. Agree with Morty. If we can keep the manager, and improve the squad window on window then we have a real chance of a prolonged stay in the division. Not on a Southampton level though as they have a lot of financial clout but maybe similar to the Stokes and Swanseas of the world. The board clearly has a cautious plan of action (most probably after being burnt by the RvW debacle), that can frustrate in terms of transfers, but it''s one that''s never going to put us in any financial danger where we could go down the Portsmouth or Leeds route.
  20. Vadis as right midfielder as opposed to Howson, who isn''t any worse than him? Ignoring the fact that Vadis isn''t a right sided midfield player and has never played for us there, what are you basing your assumption on that he''s the same level as Howson?
  21. A load of overblown nonsense dressed up as some sort of ''expert opinion''. Doesn''t say anything more than anyone else could point out. Still convinced this must be some sort of parody.
