WeAreYellows49 0 Posted June 1, 2012
Its the small time appointment everybody expects us to make , even binners fans who were predicting our downfall said wait till Lambert dumps them and they go get Makay back .There must be a better choice out there.
And since when have we ever cared what the binners opinions are? Lol honestly I couldn''t care less, look where we are and look at them, their appointments have been so successful haven''t they?
Jonzey 0 Posted June 1, 2012

Sorry but please not Malky. There really is no need for the ex city player thing.
People aren''t just suggesting him because he''s an ex-City player, people are also suggesting him because he''s actually a good manager.
Exactly. He is sizing up to be a very good manager with a superb record over the last three seasons, with the added advantage of being a Norwich legend. He''s perfect for the job. Old Shuck 185 Posted June 1, 2012 We must be looking at Malky with a view to him getting us in the play off''s in 2013/14.
Monty13 2,235 Posted June 1, 2012 I personally think he is a good manger not getting the respect he deserves as a candidate simply because he is an ex player. Getting a pretty toothless Cardiff to a Cup final and into the playoffs is the sign of a good manager. He also doesn''t play hoof football, yet we do (check the stats sometime). Wouldn''t be my first choice, but if he comes, I will not be unhappy.
ricky knight 0 Posted June 1, 2012 Rather have Hughton got Newcastle back up, done wonders with Brum last year, pretty good eye for talent, Malky still learning imo.
beasto166 0 Posted June 1, 2012 I''m always on the edge of my seat when I see the words ''Sky Sports Understands'', it''s up there with ''an insider revealed'' in The Sun. Personally, I wouldn''t be annoyed with it, but slightly disappointed

Jules 0 Posted June 1, 2012 McNally has just said on SSN that we haven''t made any approaches for either Malky or Neil Lennon.
Chelmsford Canary 0 Posted June 1, 2012 Malky is a NCFC legend, similar to Gunn.But....let''s not be silly, Gunn has/had no managerial experience!Malky has done a great job with Watford and Cardiff, to even compare the two is unfair on Malky. He''s not my first choice, but i''d definatley have him1. Curbs2. Poyet3. Malky
Cantiaci Canary 558 Posted June 1, 2012 I don''t want Malky Mackay - we finished last season as a mid table Premiership team ... we should aim higher. Maybe after 5 more years of sustained success Mackay could be considered but why do we have to plump for a manager who has performed reasonably well in a few Championship seasons?
