C. Martin & Lansbury,

Recommended Posts

Just read on the latest article, Martin is ''still unavailable'', it''s weird how little we are updated about him, and even when they do it''s so vague!

Does anybody know if Lansbury is fit? Considering he had to pull out of U-21''s?

So excited for tomorrow, feels like forever since the last home game!

Well, if he''s making progress on his injury, when he''s expected back to name two.

Maybe if anyone who went to the open training session could tell us if they saw Martin and how was he training etc? If I remember rightly some people used to report back like this when Surman and Drury were injured

Just seen that on BBC site "Martin still not ready to play" What on earth is going on with his "injury"? When he got the injury supposedly on Febuary the 18th we where told it was a hamstring strain, not a tear like Barnett or spillane last saason. With a strain or pull or whatever shouldnt he be back now?, considering it''s been 6 weeks? Didnt Spillane come back from his torn hamstring last season after about 2 months. All seems a bit strange if you ask me with all the romours flying about.

If he was out for personal reasons, it would be announced that he was ''out for personal reasons'', to stop these stupid rumours.

I didn''t know we had a multitude of doctors and physios on this board!

No they wouldnt! If it really is ''personal issues'' it is beneficial for the club and CM to keep this out of the media and public.

Yes they would! His court case is public news, so the club would have nothing to hide if he needed time off. People seem to think he has been given time off, yet there is no proof of this whatsoever.

For god sake, anyone attending the youth team match the other week could see him training in the gym with his thigh strapped. He''s injured, getting better and on his way back but not ready for competetive football yet, end of

Yeah your right Largy, thats why football clubs dont spend ££££''s on PR per year. Oh wait a minute, they do!

Now im not saying, there are personal issues but if there is more than just an injury then NCFC will be doing everything to keep it from away from the media.

Some absolute morons on here. Hamstrings are probably the hardest muscle to repair and taking any risks when they''re not 100% is asking for trouble.

Look at the state of Michael Owen or Torres after continually being rushed back after their own injuries.

If we were languishing down the bottom, struggling for goals maybe you''d have seen him back but we''re in a position where we can afford to look after him
