Attention.!!![/quote]No, your guess is correct, I didn''t see the other thread below which is now in yesterday''s stuff.I was writing about people, not managers and players. That''s obvious to anyone.Have you been invited to join that inner circle yet? Many of them are expert at thinking the worst and initiating insults. And, funnily enough, Lappinitup is correct about my inspiration for the post. What''s up? You begrudge Simon Lappin another another appreciative post? Shame on you!But still. One love.OTBC

I did so twice today, the first for many moons and Peasy jumps at me like, well like Roeder would!!!!! [:)][;)]OTBC
Old Shuck 291 Posted September 22, 2010 Talking of Roeder, am I imagining it, or were there tales of everyone at the club, including the cleaners and office staff creeping past his office door as quietly as possible, lest he should see or hear them and express his annoyance? Now I have written it down it looks bloody stupid, but I am sure it came from somewhere! I expect the answer to be something along the lines of the owners having the final say but this appointment was out of character for them and our club. Was there anyone else around at the time? Duncan Edwards 0 Posted September 23, 2010 I''m pretty sure my former employer was instrumental in the appointment of Roeder, one Andy Turner. It astounds me that more isn''t asked about their brief sojourn on the board and the part they may or may not have played in our descent to league one. *BUMP*
Yobocop 1,442 Posted September 23, 2010 I have no intention of entering anyone''s inner-ring bly unlike you....now we all know what way you want to admire Simon lappin!Perhaps we should call you THE QUEEN OF SPAIN!! LOL

When shunned by Roeder, Lappin was happy to keep taking the money and didn''t show any inclination to go out on loan to actually earn it. I believe his deal was renegotiated and he''s probably on more realistic money now for a player of his limited abilities.
