Pompey_88 0 Posted August 18, 2009 Im one of the 1,800 fans going down to Griffin Park tonight and really worried about whats going to happenIt looks clear unfortunately that chippy and buts are on their way out because 2 of the Col U lads are coming in and also im sure DM would say chippy and buts are staying. Therefore they are going to have no enthusiasm for tonights game and it could be a real farce

If you want to get into the starting 11 and stay there, you put in a shift for the new guy.
nu_matik 184 Posted August 18, 2009 ..or they could be the professional, yellow and green blood, football managers they are. Wouldn''t dop them any good at all to give up and show themselves up to be unprofessional... Im fairly sure we''ll get a decent result if we stick with a similar team but stick hughes and otj in midfield...
NottsCanary 0 Posted August 18, 2009 yup, the players will get themselves up for it, as he is watching the game! So dont think that those two werent that bothered about the game, which they should be, they need to put themsleves in the shop window for their next jobs!! Sheffield uni Canary 0 Posted August 18, 2009 Yeh I''m off to Brentford as well, but I think the players will want to impress Lambert who I persume will be in the stands tonight. Even though it looks like Butterworth and Crook might be leaving, proffessionalism should come through and they will still want Norwich to win
Excited Canary 19 Posted August 18, 2009 Does Lamby have any say with the team & team talks?

First Jedi 0 Posted August 18, 2009 New manager syndrome dictates that they''ll play their socks off - even tho Butterworth will no doubt be in charge, Lambert will be watching and hence, they''ll be trying their hardest!Season starts from tomorrow, whatever happens tonight...
