Never been my cup of tea, and the ban was truly correct despite sound arguments in favour of the "sport." (employment, pest control etc.) but I shall be even more firmly against it tonight.

I shall tune in for sure with the hopes of seeing a sound Binner-bashing.

This could be their Waterloo. Tally-Ho!

Depends on whether you want the copper sat next to you in your home or him locked out not knowing which house you even live in

Origin of the nickname:

"Leicestershire is considered to be the birthplace of fox hunting as it is known today. Hugo Meynell of Quorn, Master of the Quorn Hunt 1753–1800, is known as the father of fox hunting. Melton Mowbray and Market Harborough have associations with fox hunting, as has neighbouring Rutland."

Not many people know that.

There are many reasons the ITFC fans are called the Binners (by us) of course, and not just that concerning the Lovejoy episode.

They live in a dump for a start.

James Brown being the godfather of fox hunting, of course.

Is he also the father of that fake fungussy mince and those weird nuggets & sausages that Ryan Giggs loves?

Given the obvious association between vegetarianism and an opposition to blood sports I had to check to see if @BroadstairsR was on a wind up with that little potted summary concerning Hugo Meynell and the Quorn Hunt.

But no - all kosher (as it were.)
