Sorry to get back on topic but does it really make that much difference or inconvenience for anybody if it is moved 24 hours to the Monday ?

2pm kick off on a week day means I'll be working

But they probably don't have people like me in mind when these decisions get made

If we elected our head of state can you imagine the moron who’d get elected?

probably a love island contestant or something

the royal family ain’t perfect but it’s a ceremonial role essentially, not sure why so many get so mad about it.

Imagine if they ended up electing someone who raised a nonce.

It's a Bank Holiday.

Not where I am

It's a rare day I watch football these days, other than if something is on telly in the local pub, but I would have followed the final games

Decisions like this won't please everyone, but then I  can't expect them to take people like me into account

Not sure what was wrong with Sunday if the coronation is on Saturday, though

When I saw the original fixture list I thought the whole lot would be moved for TV anyway. Not sure why it wasn't moved to the Sunday though.

Still it's more great news for those who don't bother to go to matches as there should be plenty of TV/stream coverage. Bank Holiday travel will be an issue for some.

So what? Thousands of people work bank holidays.

Thousands of people work on a Saturday and Sunday too.  It's a UK Bank Holiday, so to me it seems a very reasonable day to play a football match.

I would have gone to the Birmingham match next weekend, but now can't make it on Tuesday 21st.  These things happen.

Tell it to Bill Clinton, not me.

In my time zone it will be a 14.00 GMT kick off on a work day

Thems the breaks. I  can't expect the EFL to arrange its fixtures around me, but personally it's inconvenient
