Dean Coneys boots 1,406 Posted April 14, 2019 I was thinking today that with Ipswich relegated and us likely to be promoted it could be a long time before we see another East Anglian derby. Whilst we are reasonably likely to return to the champ at some point, I am not convinced the same can be said of Ipswich. They look in freefall under present ownership and set for a lengthy spell in the Lower reaches to me. The next Coventry or maybe even a Bradford. Still makes me chuckle to look at the table mind you...

They will make mistakes, but as long as they learn from those mistakes we will have a team that gets better and better." We won't spend and we won't be coming straight back up " They will need patience but it’s the way forward for Ipswich Town. I want you to witness the excitement of a team developing week in, week out and see this turning this into a winning formula. " This is the cheap option " We will still retain that balance of experienced players around them of course. Players like Bart Bialkowski, Alan Judge, Luke Chambers and Cole Skuse will provide that guidance for our young players to progress." We will keep the aged has beens who got us relegated
