That's an improvement anyway on the ridiculed £350/M a week anyway. Education. Now think about the simple 'fag packet calculation' point I made about the costs of just the extra 50,000 customs officers that was pertinent to earlier comments made, before all the other larger costs are added in as well. Unless of course you are so deluded that you actually think there aren't any other costs ....... Edited June 19, 2020 by Yellow Fever

That’s because the short-term savings from ending payments to the EU budget are expected to be outweighed by the costs elsewhere.

Just trying to point out the huge costs easily calculable (around half our current EU net budget) of the extra customs officers alone - before everything else. Anybody who thinks we will save money should have the alarm bells going off inside or is certifiable! Goes in one ear and straight out the other it seems.

Bill 1,788 Posted June 19, 2020 It appears we haven't been able to trade with the rest of the world Paying into a membership club that offers you huge discounts with 70 plus countries is money wasted losing control of your countries ability to set quota rates is an improvement having to abide by EU schedules for the years ahead, with no say in them is also an improvement Having the EU controlling a border in your sovereign country for the first time ever .... is likewise an improvement So stand back as the man with the brain of a mouse demolishes each and every one, or of those statements with reasoned argument and facts,or .... posts up more lying sh yte as usual

Those clothes that claim to be made in Bangladesh, Tunisia, Morocco etc come from Mouse brains grapes, as well as wine, from Chile ? Tea from Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda and Tanzania in fact as seen below https://merchantmachine.co.uk/uk-import-map/ however rather than having a discount card that allows you the best deals in every pub and restaurants in Norfolk, mouse brain thinks that rather than pay a fee he can save money by traipsing round to every single one and trying to get a better deal as one person no wonder he lost his job as assistant sweeper up at Honda

A Load of Squit 5,215 Posted June 19, 2020 Why aren't they acting like they won, you would think a government with an 80 seat majority would be acheiving a lot but they just seem to be implementing socialist policies and performing u turns. Even in these tricky times you'd think that they would be able to implement at least one of thier manifesto promises but I can't think of one they've managed to complete. Are you sure that that you won?
SwindonCanary 455 Posted June 19, 2020 Wait until they start voting and labour are against it. The vote will only go one way and it's going to be like that for a few more years whether you like it or not
