Aggy 750 Posted March 28, 2019 If the forward doesn’t flap his arms around, it’s never a penalty in a million years anyway. Is a pretty poor penalty though. He’s not even managed to do what he was trying to do - if he got it off the floor, even if it had been saved it wouldn’t have been as bad as how that ended up!
