lincoln canary (& Golden Coppel) 0 Posted December 18, 2016 Another vote for Graham Alexander.Born leader, captain throughout his career and now proving himself as a manger. He''s been terrific at Scunny. Other potential candidates;David Wagner Gary Monk Mark Warburton
Crafty Canary 495 Posted December 18, 2016 Do you seriously any of these three would leave their current roles to join us? Really?

Really?[/quote]Yeah, not beyond the realms of possibility. Wagner would definitely see us as a step up in terms of our potential. Warburton is probably realising that he isn''t taking rangers any further anytime soon.As for Monk, on the face of it probably not. But with their basket case chairmen, you never know what might happen there.

Really?Wagner and Warburton- maybe.Monk- probably not.Wagner''s team have just played us off the park and are more likely to finish in the play offs than we are. Would he give that up in his first season at Huddersfield even though it could be argued that we are a bigger club longer term. If he can be successful at Huddersfield by getting them up or in the play offs he is likely to have other clubs looking at him.Mark Warburton already manages a huge club albeit that the SPL is a poor level of football. I am not sure that we would seem an attractive option to him. Like Wagner, if he can bring success to Rangers at SPL level he will have plenty of options.
