1. I know I’d rather have Nelson in the side than have Farke in charge of it
 2.
We have a good team in the making. Still learning, still getting to know how to get the best out of themselves, still developing. Don''t believe the nonsense spoken about players not being good enough either or not as good as last year or the year before, because apart from Maddison who was always going to be sold, we have some very good players. Name me one poor performer from Sunday - Krul? No. Klose? Hanley? No. Lewis, Aarons? No. Leitner? No - a mixed bag but some quality through balls and a goal. Tettey? No. Pukki? Looked good in spells but wasn''t poor overall. Hernandez? Always capable of causing trouble and his play set up the goal. Rhodes - always works hard even when things aren''t going for him. Buendia showed his inexperience, but anyone can see he has potential. So overall, the season moves on, a difficult start with a whole new front to the team and getting the youngsters involved. The whole club from top to bottom is healthy financially, healthy on the football coaching side, healthy with good players - and with a plan and the determination to see it succeed. So don''t believe the negative hype. It is just that - negative and hype.
I’ll prefer to make my mind up after using my own eyes thanks, you need to take the yellow tinted specs off once in a while.
 3. We weren’t outplayed by them. No id hope not as they were rock bottom of the league. They did still manage more shots than us though, if you don’t buy a ticket and all that
 4.
The goal Pukki scored was almost anti-Farke football.
Exactly this it was the exception not the norm We were nothing like this, ever, not under stringer or anybody else

 6.
How about hiring and putting a tower of speakers in the corner in front of the hotel?......
How about the old fashioned way, the team play with a bit of pace and create something for the fans to get behind. It’s why the English game always was good to watch Rather than this dross were being served up, go back to that the atmosphere will improve
 7.

Get a manager who can make the team more direct and sew up the defense. Not a German who will make the team soft as todays team. Need an arch type English kind of manager. The current style of football is way to sircumstantial and complicated, and you need very good footballers in this system to make it suceed. With a lot of players in the team on the Mark Fotheringham-level there is no chance of succeeding. A team needs to run, run, run, fight, fight and fight to win games! Will never suceed with this walking style of football in the current circumstances.
Sam Allardyce is available. Would you still go and watch them?
Good god yes, I’d like it far far better than anything I’ve seen from current set up, it’s dullllllll

 9.
The booing was not aimed at the players as individuals but at the style of play the sum of those players were producing for 80 minutes and it was like a repeat of 2017/18 and quite rightly in my opinion the fans are not prepared to stomach that for another 21 home games.
Exactly this
 10.

Leitner offers little and pinto is a defensive liability. But for a coat of paint we could have been one down. Pukki continues to impress and his goal was vital then the tetty sizzler other than that nothing in it on another day it would have been a bore draw
Nonsense argument. On another day we wouldn’t have missed a pen against WBA, Krul wouldn’t have made a howler gifting them a goal and we would’ve won comfortably. Too many ifs and maybes in football to start saying ‘on another day’. It wasn’t a bore draw. It can be argued we waited for them to tire and hit them hard late on. Whatever the reason, it was a great result and 2 well taken goals.
Nobody from Preston was getting tired, except maybe everybody watching in the ground for the fist 80 minutes. Nobody gets tired playing at walking pace, however the last 10 played with more pace and getting the ball forward and making them track back unsurprisingly worked far better.
 11.
2 narrow defeats and a draw. Sack the board.
Is nearly winning an acceptable result now? Or should that be nearly not losing. Jesus
 12. Anybody who said Madrid hang your heads in shame. Unless you’re Spanish of course. Hate Liverpool but they’re English
 13.
The 20 shots were mostly unthreatening. That was my second point. My initial point was that we don''t play most of our football in the opposition half. In fact we probably spent more time in their half. However when they got into our half they usually did look threatening. The problem is our lack of bite in the final third. Even the 5th goal came from a position where we had a great chance to score and didn''t even shoo There has got to be a change next season Double N. We seem to be one step behind everyone else. Yes Huddersfield played that way last season but we aren''t Huddersfield and our personnel are not as good as theirs. I''m afraid I''m in Ricardo''s camp that we simply aren''t good enough. And I haven''t been too impressed with our recruitment this season. So I do worry about next with Wes and probably Maddison gone and no real flair in the middle.
They played at a far quicker pace and got forward better and scored, apart from Webber there are no similarities at all.
 14. And definitely more boring to watch
 15.
Beat leeds next Saturday and ipswich lose away at Reading, and even in this most ordinary of seasons , we''ll still be the pride of anglia. ..
Who really cares? If that’s all we’ve got it’s a sorry state
