Bradwell canary 112 Posted April 30, 2016 He shipped out Bassong to Watford. AN got him back. What a liability he was been. Cost us dearly. Should never be allowed to play for us again, but as Timm is out for the remainder my guess is Bassong will be in today. Know Martin not great in that position, but far better than Bassong. Cantiaci Canary 610 Posted April 30, 2016 Wasn''t the story that Bassong was disgruntled after Hughton got the boot ... rather than that Adams questioned his ability?Returning him to the fold was a vital achievement of Neil early doors and he played a key role in our promotion.Simply, he isn''t good enough for the Prem and, as the Kouilibaly deal fell through at the last knockings in the summer window, we''ve come to rely on him now that Klose''s crocked. FenwayFrank 2,717 Posted April 30, 2016 Makes me laugh when someone says a player should never play for us again, people were saying that about Gary Oneil after the Stoke match.

Sending him out wasn''t terrible after the way he acted, but sending him, a good defender, to a direct rival was not wise. Getting him back helped our promotion push. And now it seems the season''s scapegoat is a better option?
