Looks like from McNallys statement we are going down the DOF and Head Coach route and not before time. This should have been the structure when we were in the premier league. At least we will have a football man on the board now. Just got to get the right person. Neil Warnock for me in this role with Steve Clarke as head coach

The bad news just keeps on coming. He screwed away the biggest transfer budget in our history, accepts he got it badly wrong re Hughton and appoints a radio commentator as manager and after all that he wants to carry on. Couple that with the fact he hacked off the Messiah so much he had to go and people want him to stay. God help us next season.  

Russell Martin hit the nail on the head the other day when he said the club had lost its identity. This goes for the fans we have attracted far to many plastic fans over the past 3 seasons. Hopefully both on and off the field we can get our club back

The snake pit and lower Barclay were as quiet as a mouse today and have been for most of the season. The poorest support from them that I have ever seen

Report in the papers today re above. I just hope the stowmarket two realise their stewardship of the club should come to an end and they sell to one of the 100.

What do you expect if you put a radio commentator in charge of the club in the biggest league in the world and people still support this feckless board

I agree with the OP let''s start by getting the best manager in the league let''s get Paul Lambert aka THE Messiah

There is a danger that we may rush into appointing a manager to quickly eg just because Malky is available. Let''s see what Villa decide to do with their manager before we do anything. If he is going to leave them then let''s have the Messiah back.

I still get the feeling that Wes''s attitude is 100 percent after the transfer window situation.

A wes, Martin and holt combination up front would work next season
