1.
Whilst talking about Soccer A.M, does anyone else think that Tubes has had his time? I cringe when he comes on, and tries to be cool. I actually liked the article they did yesterday, on the video he played a part in, cos the bloke laughed! It seems that nearly every piece he does, has to be with some ''cool'' rapper etc, and it''s already a couple of years out of date.
Watched Soccer AM for the first time in about a year yesterday.and it seemed to me the whole thing was about 2 years out of date. Shame really but I guess after 10 years or whatever it is that''s going to be the case.
2. It has been done although the last line was changed to "Jocking all over the world".  Didn''t really catch on though.
3. If I''m being picky, Russell and Adam made the fantasy league team of the week, not the EA PPI. However, if you click on the EA PPI team of the week tab you will see a Mr Anthony Pilkington in midfield. Well done all of them.
4.
I watched us play in the uefa cup and it was the best time of being a Norwich fan. Unfortunately the Europa league isn''t a patch on what the uefa cup was, The Champions league has devalued a once great competition. Would still love us to be in it though.
Spot on - in 93-94 our 3 games involved 2 of the biggest clubs in Europe and at that point we were only a couple of rounds from the final.  Middlesborough''s run to the final in 05-06 involved games against Skoda Xanthi, AZ, Litez Lovech, Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, Grasshopper Zurich, Stuttgart, Roma, Basel, Steaua Bucharest and Sevilla.  So although I''d still love us to qualify (preferably from being a FA Cup Finalist) it would lack the romance that it did in 93-94 for me.
5. I haven''t read all the posts on here because I''m not really interested in most of the nonsense and counter nonsense that people spew on here write so apologies if this has been covered BUT.... I can honestly see a world in 5, maybe 10 years time where footballs insustainability seriously comes around to bite it on the arse. Many clubs operate in debt and the likes of Everton, Bolton and Aston Villa (to a lesser extent) don''t seem to have a plan outside Sheikh investment to get out of it. Man City, Chelsea, and QPR could be screwed if their rich investors pull out and Man Utd are £1/2 billion in the red (although still probably a safe bet. So when things all go tits up, I''d love to see whether this ultimately will mean we''re going to be in a great place. Some of the clubs above potentially going to the wall, with us and the likes of Arsenal and Newcastle (they''ll be hailing Ashley as a god for this) being in a prime position to step into the shoes of the top sides.
6. Just wondered how everyone thinks this would affect us. Obviously it stinks that the Premier League is holding the league clubs to ransom and overall I think it''s bad for football but could definately be of benefit to us. Since the 90 minute rule was brought in, we haven''t really produced players throught the youth system like we used to, as 90 minutes from Carrow Road doesn''t really take you to many people whereas bigger clubs have been paying families to move closer to them. Would we look to become a Category 1 club straight away or wait until we''re established as a Premier League side?
7. He''s 17 and in non league football. http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/colls_to_goals_for_norwich_city_ace_pilkington_1_1103914 "Pilkington was 17 when he made his first appearance for the “Colls” in a North West Counties League Division One game at home to Maine Road on Saturday, November 19, 2005." Just saying
8. My answer would be that I''d make sure City got a mega fee for me, earn my £100k a week for 4 or 5 years then come back on a free.
9. Unless I''m missing something major, I''m sure Area H has so many tickets on sale as Blackburn haven''t taken their full allocation and therefore these tickets have been made available to us.
10. The OP has a point, 4 in a car if it''s £60 in petrol is half the price of the £30 for the bus, you have the relative comfort of your car (little legroom for a 6 footer in those coaches) and you can make your own way/stop when you want. More often than not I''ve been on the club bus and the driver hasn''t seemed to know where he''s going (eg Wolves in playoff semis took the wrong turn on A14 and we ended up in Bedford or Sheff Wed for Dion/Hucks last games went a completely alien route to me). If possible I''d avoid it, but then again it''s personal preference. My dream is to have my own rock star style tour bus which would travel around the country in watching City.
11.
If you went to Molineux in the 1980s to 2002 then you''ll fully understand why! Neanderthal thug like fans, who look for easy targets (elderly people) to attack and they are like Leeds fans in having a way, way overinflated opinion of how big their club is!
I remember walking back to the cabbage bus after the away playoff game, there was me and a mate walking next to an old fella. Someone dressed in casuals smacked the old guy around the back of the head so he fell on his face then ran off before anyone had realised what had happened. Pure cowardice scum.
12. Andy Carroll - the biggest waste of money since Joanne Yeates'' pizza.
