I always call it the Milk Cup but when I double checked on Wikipedia they have it as the League cup which I guess it what it went on to be called.

Hi all,We''re doing a top 10 UK football team rivalries post on http://www.strikerstackle.com and the EA Derby is in the top 10.Part of the article is to focus on the greatest win of either team over each other with 1 match being detailed.So far I''m stuck on which win was the greatest. I''m obviously biased but the two I can think of are the recent 5-1 demolition at their place or the League cup semi final we won in the last minute in the 80''s.The 5-1 demolition was obviously awesome because it was in their back yard, but we weren''t playing for anything except 3 points. Obv we went on to get promoted so the points were important.We went on to win the league cup which was obviously great, but it was the league cup...I keep asking myself what would I rather have had in the 2010/11 season? The 5-1 win at Portaloo Road or a semi final win against Ipswich that took us to Wembley?Or maybe I''m missing another classic all together and/or my yellow and green tinted glasses are ignoring a massive defeat to them?Help please[:)]

I was interested to see CH play Lappin on the left against HB. Do you think he''s trying to suss out if SL is suitable cover for Tierney?

Ahah!I read the first and ignored the 2nd and 3rd thinking they were duplicates. I was wondering whether they were trying to do a cheeky 60p price increase (3x20p [;)] ).What I''d really like to see this season is tunnel cam. I can''t understand why people would open this topic and reply just to say they don''t care. If the topic was simply titled ''Snodgrass'' then I could understand it. Ken Bates must be one of the only men to make good money from owning football clubs.. I''d hate him to own our club, but as a business man you have to admire him, sort of.

Hog - agreed mate. I am sure he can cut it at this level but he''s been a decent championship player for a few years now. Surely he''d have been snapped up by now if he was worth the quoted £3m+.

Lots of rumours circulating some from more credible sources that Snodgrass is on his way to Villa. It was said he was a previous target for us. He''s without a doubt a good player but he''s likely to cost millions and be on big wages so would he have been worth it? Or were we just kidding ourselves because we''ve nicked all of Leeds other decent players? Personally I''m not too bothered. I think we can strengthen in other areas.

He was decent enough when he came on for Spain.. but devoted my username and whole self to him? Not sure I''d do that.
