  1. oh,and also,i would now put neville under the category ''thug'',but i certainly wouldnt put darren under that category. Does he head butt, lead strikes etc etc no.
  2. i think what he said about megson was fair enough,if money was not involved and magson rants to the press about how greedy huckerby is then hucks as every right to be rude about megson what he said about the referee though was a bit excessive.maybe ok to say he was wrong, but not that he needs shooting.it said in the paper that he got a letter about it today from the fa
  3. something to do with brookside
  4. following from what you say dumbledelia,i wold also say it is the most exciting league. the fact some teams at the moment have an outside chance of automatic promotion while still watching their backs to avoid getting caught in a relegation battle shows why. premier games that i go to are often full of corporate people all ''fans'' who support the team once they reach the premier.the 1st div is a happy medium, with big enoug crowds to create a fantastic atmosphere with a crowd full of people who really care about their club.you dont see that at chelsea
  5. its about time he got some recognition - just reading those statistics shows how he has been one of the most important players for us for the past few seasons - and he still gets knocked occasionally on these boards.
  6. it''d be really silly to change a formation that has more or less worked for the entire season, after all we are top. on the topic of leon we would be stuck without huckerby and mckenzie,so it is vitally important that we have him as back up
  7. yes,ive always thought its better to be happy or richer, and so i never bet on norwich to win. like the birmingham game,of course i wanted norwich to win 100% but i still won 5quid
  8. following on from the earlier thread who would you choose i''d say svensson, especially after saying ''We are clearly a better team than Ipswich''.he obvioulsy knows his stuff
  9. i think petit wold be inclined to be a bit lazy, and we dont need a central midfielder but a right midfielder.dont know enough about nicloas or oliveira
  10. we could consider ourselves lucky on saturday,he called off the bournemouth game last night just two minutes before kick off!! from last night was i the only one to notice the change in mcveigh''s game once he switched to the left??on the rught he was a spectator, on the right the mcveigh we all know and love. i thought brennan looked v competent at left back too.
  11. we have our very own kerri parker(she was on soccer am) further down the page if you look
  12. do they print tickets iwth those warning messages on fag packets???? ''Watching Norwich City can seriously damage your health'' wouldnt be far from the truth. i''m saying 2-1 though, we must must must score first, they''ve only come from behind 3times this season i think
  13. he''s right that we are needed in the premiership.i think aside from ipswich we are the only league club that supports whole county
  14. drunk at 20 past 11 in the morning??!!!!
  15. to be honest dumbledelia every match left for everyone is going to be tough.the nature of the division means that porbably up until the last four games or so every single team will have a chance of getting automatic promotion,a play off place, or ending up in the relegation zone.therefore every club has hard games left - of course some harder than others.
  16. to be honest i think you may be a little optimistic,i think a draw and a win from the west brom and ipswich games, either way round.if that happens,we should still be streets ahead. before i get slated for being pesimisstic its surely better to be cautious
  17. good game,is it actually poss to play in the champions league next season or do we just play in the prem again
  18. nick hammer, fair enough that i misquoted you,but it isnt fair to suggest i''m not a true fan because i''m not one of those who ''travels to watch their team each week, ...bug games and small.'' i''m 16 and live 4 hours away from norfolk, can you please tell me how i''m going to get to carrow road every saturday??? its sad that you have to end in a patronising tone - and if you want to know,i have ben to crappy games, 0-0 with tranmere, losing to swindon and bristol city, called of game at portsmouth.for some reason or other, as gazzathegreat says, many of us who passionatly follow norwich cannot get to every game
  19. ''''The phrase ''Huckerby should rot on Man City''s reserves'' is a prime example of what I am talking about. Roy assures me that he never said that, and as I have always found him completely honest I believe that to be the case'''' kathy i may be wrong but i was watching sky sports news whe roy was interviewed and i do seem to remember him saying that.then again my memory is not perfect
  20. do we need it on this website webteam????
  21. its so annoying, and also unfair on huckerby - i cant stand it in the media when they pick up on the most minute thing, whether it be posh''s cellulite or darren on his mobile.
  22. some of us live far away from noriwch, and can only get to away games.on the rare occasions that i am in norfolk it would be nice to be able to get a ticket,so as much as i agree with most of what you say,i think it is unfair to say '' get a season ticket when you weren''t so good''.i have never been a season ticket holder since it would be silly - for 3 home games a season??? as it is im a member and have been since i was five
  23. would crichton be up to it in the prem????? i''ve seen simonsen is leaving everton(former 3 million pound buy)
  24. we had a female international a few years back
  25. canary boy i hope you are wrong,im hoping to go to three of those four games.i think our huge away support at palace will at least end in a draw, and we could easily fill the away stand at reading, about 5-6000.maybe the other two though
