Everyone seems to have got the wrong end of the stick, he has a release clause in his current contract with the Czech club that he plays for, rumoured to be about one million euros. there is no suggestion that he has one in his contract with norwich

Happy enough to go and watch them play Smudger? It would be a great deal

the second most important match tonight. birmingham have just gone one up, good news

Looks like we''ll go 4-4-2 with Hughes at right back and Hucks up front...

fratton park really is a dump. at least some of the other rubbish stadiums like elm park/ashton gate had terracing at the same time the stadium of light is a great stadium and had a great atmosphere, in stark contrast to somewhere like reading where you''d think the home fans were at a funeral

The sad decline of this messageboard
Archie replied to Shaun Lawson's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
shaun this is one of the best posts i have read on here. in future it would help if everyone were to reply to the attention seeking posts you refer to with a simple ''boring'' until they get the message i dont mind proper debate but general slagging off for the hell of it merely to draw attention to oneself is tedious, dull and boring -
5 things to improve IMMEDIATELY!
Archie replied to The Voice of the Thorpe Area's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
throw-ins. We''re either in a decent position in the other half or on the back foot, but more often or not we lose the ball from a throw in -
Are you pleased you're not a Chelski fan?

How much to watch city play?
Archie replied to Citizen Journalist Foghorn's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
to say taxes just put more money into the pockets of fat cats is a load of rubbish. where do you think all the money for welfare comes from? i would be for it if it did mean better public transport but one only has to look at the congestion charge in london, the public transport is still shoddy. its just another excuse to tax more -
Seems that Steve Howard is.....
Archie replied to BlyBlyBabes's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
please find your post at the time and post a link that shows how adamant at the time you were about signing steve howard. willing to eat humble pie but i''m a bit bored of people pointing such clever facts six months on. personally at the time i thought steve howard was a bit old/not really up to it, i have been proved wrong -

Top post. Personally I hope that things will turn around and i think that Grant does have the commitment and the desire even if the players don''t. Let''s hope that we make it through this season, clear out some deadwood and get going. On an entirely different line of thought, I think it is incredibly bad news that the bottom club will now get 30million for being relegated. Give it two or three years and noone will have a chance, clubs will be going under.... not great
-
That is assuming we can avoid relegation........ a) the season is over as far as achievement is concerned, not worth spending extra just to finish 15th as opposed to 17th - are there great players still there? If not, why pay 6 months wages? b) prices are hugely inflated in January, look at the amount players are going for now! c) the fact that we finished low won''t be such a big deal in the summer (a new start), as opposed to being a lower half team now, so we should be able to attract better players

Who was the first poster on here?
Archie replied to Tom NCFC's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
Think this is the third version of the board that I have been on, the first one seemed to have only about 25 regular posters. Foghorn stands out in my memory -
at 2.5mil he is hugely overpriced, 1.5 tops
-
crap teams all the way, as long as we win of course. win a couple more then we''re looking at the quarter finals, big team at home on tv. in our dreams though
