  1. Immense night in the Murderers.....packed to the rafters.....totally drained...and yes a little blub at the end after it all sank in. Bloody fantastic. I hope U4E was able to watch it from somewhere.
  2. Sorry to hear this. Richard was a lovely guy. Both me and my missus will miss him. xx
  3. I enjoyed the read, but felt the links were a distraction. Not sure if I like plough spelt with a "w".
  4. "Oh I do like to be beside the seaside" On a personal level I like how this song is sung by FC United Manchester fans and would love to hear a Norwich City adaptation. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05fno4frbF8&feature=related
  5. Skidded on black ice on the early drive in.......seems like a lot of others had the same problem.
  6. Blimey I can''t stop watching it....I love the expression on his face as he wheels away......classic.
  7. It''s completely true. The standard of ballboyship at Carrow Road has deliberately been allowed to decline under Roeders guidance, and I should know.......... I have been a ballboy for these past 52 years. It''s nothing short of scandalous.
  8. The old Farm ding dong. I like that.....sort of has a nice rural ring to it....ok ok
  9. I agree with most of the points raised on this enlightening thread, however I must take issue with the oft quoted 24000 attendance figure. I detest the continual spin that is flung at us and this number is just another part of that whole process. 24000 at Carrow Road against Palace. I would surprised if the true attendance figure even made it to 20,000, and even if it did, I wonder how many were actually there courtesy of freebie"specials", dished out to help disguise the fact. Like most other aspects of our club at the moment, our attendance figures are a sick joke.
  10. Was watching South American football in bed in the early hours one morning, and was amazed at the crowd scenes. Goodness knows how many spectators were in the stadium, but it looked like the old Stretford  End , the Kop, the Shed and anymore you might like to add, all rolled into one. Truly awesome. In fact I was so taken back by the scenes that I woke my wife so that she would not miss it. Bleary eyed she watched the final few minutes and when told that it was a Boca Juniors home game, she replied, "Wow, how big is the crowd for the Seniors"? Nearly wet the bed.
  11. Loved it all. Some truly superb touches. Two left shoes made me laugh out loud. Very, very clever. More of the same please.
  12. It feels as though a part of me has gone. See ya Budgie.
