New kit launch - another important message?
Captain Holt replied to Yobocop's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
I’d suggest it’s poor management of the home kit launch… -
This is incorrect. Any part of the ball touches the grass and it should be not out. You could not definitively say the ball was on the ground; the fingers were under the ball on some replays and the camera lense sometimes plays tricks. Fair enough either way I think.

England need to start playing their heads and not their c0cks. Throwing the initiative away in the name of bazball.

Introducing the worst kit of year
Captain Holt replied to cambridgeshire canary's topic in Main Discussion - Norwich City
That is lovely! Better than cookie cutter template kits - get some character back into football shirts. Reminds me of a Japanese kit and most of them are collectors pieces. -
Ipswich away match pick

I’d imagine you’ll be able to get a ticket pretty easily come December when they’re 2nd and were 17th. -
Interesting nugget from Webber.

The amount of people saying Placheta could work in a different system etc… have you literally ever seen him play? He is the most stereotypical of all the quick wingers I’ve ever seen. Decent pace but no idea what to do with the ball. Terrible decision maker and there is no hope for him at Norwich or anywhere outside of somewhere like his homeland. When you recruit using data as your main driver with the resources we have, you have to accept that most players you sign based on numbers aren’t going to make it. The real surprise is the two or three out of, say, ten, that do. Also, he’s hardly a regular for Poland. I wouldn’t mind betting he’ll never play for them again. -
These threads are pointless. Everyone just says an objectively good player is overrated and a naffer less-reliable player is underrated.

I think the way the Thursday night game played out before and after was the final nail in the coffin for any hope of playing on a day other than Sunday.
